We had a minor accident and wanted to find an auto body shop near where we live - there are lots of them. I relied on Google Reviews to make a list of possible candidates nearby. Sudden Impact has some of the best reviews and our experience with them proved that their positive reviews are well-deserved. We dealt with Ajay, who handled everything professionally and efficiently - the car came back looking as good as the day we drove it off the dealers lot. There were no surprises and we always felt that first class service is a top priority. A satisfied customer and highly recommend Sudden Impact. Thanks, Ajay and crew.

We decided to drop our car at sudden impact after seeing many positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was exactly opposite, we dropped our car here to fix the front bumper damage from a minor collision,,when we went to pick up our car after 2 days ,the car didn't start ,the battery was totally drained and took an hour to recharge and jump start it, later i enquire about this incident in detail and a honest employee agree that one employee took it for wash and mishandled my car and the battery got drained ,my wife missed work due to this incident, we never had any issue with battery before, no signs or symptoms of a bad battery, after 2 days of pick up our car didn't start again ,me and my wife missed work again, when we spoke about this incident owner simi was never ready to accept the mistake and keep arguing with us, at the same time another worker accepted the mistake and apologized for the trouble happend and wanted to compensate for the trouble,Simi the owner again refused any compensation also never was ready to accept the mistake that employee caused instead keep arguing that battery just died suddenly for no reason, the overall job is also just average ,they missed adding screw on the bumper and we have to return to fix this, also the job they done was below average as I am attaching the picture and look the big gap in between. I recognize RJ ‘s customer servicezhe is honest and empathize on our bad experiences, but totally disappointed with Simi’s attitude and behaviour, I am giving one star for RJ, and they lose 4 starts for carelessness, negligence, poor job and worst attitude, I will not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

Got my Jeep fixed by Sudden Impact after a minor collision. They did an amazing job and jeep looks brand new. They were very quick and have great customer service. Was extremely hassle and stress free experience.. definitely would recommend!

Great experience for my first time getting my car repaired here. Front bumper and a couple of plastic parts were damaged from an accident and everything was fixed, it looks brand new! I had my car back the day after dropping it off. Simi is very professional, personable, and respectful. He’s very easy to talk to and leaves you feeling stress free about any issue. I’d definitely recommend these guys to everyone.

What great customer service. Simi and his team were very Professional, Helpful and Friendly. My vehicle was repaired on time and you couldn’t tell the car had been in an accident. They washed and cleaned the vehicle just before I picked up the car. Thank you Sudden impact. Will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

You know when you always get so nervous taking your car to get worked on? Me, i just have trust issues. Did my research. Read all the positive views( practically that's all they have) so I took my car in. I had spoken to Raj(Awesome guy and so chill) told him what happened to my car. So understanding and you can tell he's a car guy. Amazing job! No complaints here. Most definitely, the place to go to. Nice laidback atmo. easy to talk to and delivers as promised.Well, its more like i would recommend the shop 100%.( i'm not accident prone)Thank you very much.
