I renewed my membership on October 24 and went to get my car washed today (October 28). They told me my membership had expired and this is the second time of them saying this. I have the receipts for proof of my membership. This is unacceptable, do not waste your time coming here.

Because of very bad service, Today, I am leaving My diamond membership .Vacuum is not working properly, yesterday I used 3 times vacuum but the dust was still there. Mat washer is not cleaning the mat.Dry Towels are not available in the basket .

Hello all people using monthly membership at speedwash. Speedwash has canceled all membership for commercial vehicles(taxis and ride share companies) without any notice you updated there terms but no email or messages were sent to any member that from December-01-2024 we are not allow to be part of your group anymore.But since you provided monthly subscriptions for 1 time wash in 24 hours we took your membership. But it was very painful when we found out today that you our memberships are going to be canceled because don’t know why. Which is no good.. It’s your business you can make law as you want but there is 30 days notice for all.

I got the Diamond Wash at Speedwash Car Wash in Surrey, and my car came out super clean!
The service was excellent, and the attendant was very professional and kind. They also have vacuum stations available, which is really convenient. The location itself is easy to access, making it a great spot for a quick and thorough car wash.
Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at Speedwash Car Wash in Surrey on August 9. After my car came out of the wash, I noticed that my front bumper was scratched and the license plate was bent because it had gotten caught in one of the moving brushes.
When I brought this to the staff's attention, they simply didn’t seem to care. Instead of addressing the damage, they instructed me to fill out a form and file a claim with ICBC. ICBC later requested CCTV footage to verify the damage, but Speedwash refused to provide it. This ultimately forced me to file a claim through my own insurance, which was incredibly frustrating.
I highly recommend avoiding this car wash at all costs. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left me feeling disappointed and stressed. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable option!
