Sida has been cutting my short curly stubborn hair for over three years…..always an awesome cut. Sida and Rosie make it so pleasant to visit this shop. Great vibe and always a good laugh. Thanks Ladies!

Such a bad service, I booked an appointment and then they told me sry our person called in sick. But nobody informed me to reschedule or change. It’s so unprofessional.After, the owner told me to walk 20 mins to have haircut on another salon.So, be very careful guys if you’re going there.

I came in with curls.i wanted her to shorten my hair, to layer it..never felt so sad.she kept chatting to the other workers .not concentrating on what she was doing. One side longer, curls gone.chopped it.i just needed to feel good. cant fix this.

My favourite salon to go to. Sonia is fabulous and my new do is exactly what I wanted. We chatted about length and style before she started and then after the cut I asked if we could go a bit shorter. She was gracious and went in for shorter and it was perfect. So happy to have found her. The ladies are lovely and friendly here and I love to see them. Way to go ladies! ❤️

The worst ever. The hairdresser left a scar while cutting my son's hair. She knows it but she didn’t tell me that. Without knowing that, I gave her a 20% tip. I feel like I’m a fool. I’ll never go.

My first experience here was good but my daughter had her highlights butchered by one of the stylists. It came out super brassy and was no where near her roots (a good 3” away. And some were 2” wide and uneven) I decided to go back to the stylist who fixed it as she did a good job fixing it. When I showed up for my appointment with Isabelle, on time, I was at that moment informed that she was behind and she had to finish foils AND cut someone’s hair making it at least an hour wait! I had called her earlier that day asking if there was anything earlier too! Is there zero customer service levels where picking up a phone to let a customer know BEFORE they arrive not exist there?! Needless to say I will not be going back again. Have booked with different salon, one that I could tell had a high level of customer service after just one phone call to book the appointment. Beware of this place! Bad highlights and no customer service.
