I used Smart Movers for my move in May 2024. They were fantastic.
Booking with Sergey was very easy - we did it all online through email (I could have called, but preferred online).
The 2 movers (Radion and Clement) were great guys, that took a lot of care of my items, helping to take some furniture apart, and putting it back together. Nothing was damaged or broken!
I'd very much suggest booking with them!

Today I moved my elderly mother from her long time home to an assisted living seniors home. Stressful and emotional to say the least. Used White Rock, Smart Movers for the first time. They were on time, used clear and concise advanced communication with clear pricing. Two movers and truck worked hard to meet a small window that we had for use of the elevator in the facility. They did an excellent job. No surprises at the end. Additionally they were polite and courteous and treated y mother with great respect. Will recommend to those I care about and will use again.

Their meticulous attention to detail and the extra measures they took to guarantee a seamless transition impressed me. They really went above and beyond to arrange all of my belongings and furniture in the proper locations, and they were prepared to rearrange anything that needed to be changed. The movers treated my belongings with respect and consideration for my property.

The staff took great care to avoid causing any harm to the walls, flooring, or any of my possessions. They were also incredibly accommodating to my requirements and made sure that everything was set up in my new house precisely how I wanted it.

I was pleased by how fast they loaded and unloaded everything and how careful they were to avoid causing any harm to the flooring or walls. Additionally, the cost was really fair, especially in light of the excellent service they offered.
