I bought a firm queen size branded here years ago and I learned a lot from the experience. There's lots of mattress types out there. Make sure you take a closer look, make a video of the floor sample you just bought so you are sure you will be receiving the correct one. It's not solely the store's fault. Mistakes mostly happen when pulling out order from piles of them from storage throughout delivery. It's not easy to wrestle with heavy merchandise. As it is also not easy to return them when you got a wrong one.

Purchased mattress Nov.2 went back Nov.3 to change as wrong mattress was placed on invoice. Store is supposed to open at 10 we arrived at 945 and left at 1015 as no one was there. Left calls, called customer service, total gong show to get this straightened out.

I love their high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets are like sleeping on silk. So comfy & warm. Just bought 2 sets.

I never write reviews but after my experience today with my drop off I'm left speechless. I opt'd for in home delivery without setup as I'm by myself in a basement rental with 2 steps of stairs and I just needed help to get it in the door. It could be halfway through and I would have been happy. I ordered a Soho platform bed which is pretty dang heavy. When the delivery truck arrived I greeted them and as they were taking my item out of the back of the truck, they dropped my item to the ground from about 2 feet in the air while he waited for the other worker to return to help. As they proceed to bring it into the property they dropped it again from about 1 foot in the air onto the ground to re-grip, and then when they got to my door they just dropped it again by the wall next to my door and proceeds to say right here is good. Each time it was dropped I watched it bounce and was extremely upset as it could have damaged my bed frame. Since the guy was in a rush and refused to at least just bring it into the door way for me I had to leave my order outside in the rain for 1 hour until I could randomly find help from my neighbour. Terrible experience with whoever you guys are using to help deliver your orders. Why even give me the option of contactless or in-home when they aren't going to help anyways. I am extremely disappointed.

Worst Costumer service in store. I am sleepcountry costumer since 12 years but last week I went there with family and the sales person who was there kind of rude and showing worst attitude that he doesn’t wana sale. I really disappointed and never recommended to anyone to go there.If you wana disrespect your self then go to sleepcountry store

My dream bed becomes a nightmare bed. I purchased the top of the line mattress something classic what I received is Maria. Be careful when they prepare your invoice read it well before you signed they changed it purposely.

Walked in to buy a new mattress.After a quick chat with sales lady. She advised that my 9 year old Beautyrest was still under warranty. Gave me the phone number to customer service. I called them about the issue. They sent me an email and 3 days later customer service had a replacement (2022 model) on order for me. Store manager was also fantastic to deal with. This is now my 4th bed from them.Delivery was done Today.Professional and quick.Thanks for such a good experience.

I loved the mattress I bought, however, the customer service at the store were very poor (Surrey Location) the salesman was not friendly as I expected from all the marketing I heard everywhere, about the sleep doctors and etc, he didn't ask me questions about my sleep so I had to pick a mattress on my own.I also bought new pillows, they were wrongly delivered and the same person didn't want to take it back, and he did it only after I got angry and had to prove that it was wrong.Anyway, good products, but I wouldn't recommend the Surrey Store because of that salesperson.

Terrible customer service, the sales guy was rude as hell and barely responded to our inquiries. When we were leaving he said that we need to buy the mattress from him rather than from their website because he would lose the commission. When I said that we need time to decide the mattress that we needed he clearly got angry and stopped responding to our questions. Worst experience as a first time customer.This was at their guildford location.

The delivery personnel arrived and at my home and kept removing their masks. I had to ask them several time to put their mask on which seem to agitate them. I asked them not to take the mattress into my bedroom but leave in the kitchen area but then disregarded this. They brought me the wrong mattress and then came back with a the correct one but it was opened and the tags all missing. I suspect they delivered to the wrong house and only realized this once I told them this was the wrong product and refused to sign for the delivered. They also damage my home by ripping a baseboard off the wall.Customer service offered a gift certificate as compensation instead of real compensation for the complete disregard of covid safety and bringing a mattress that was in someone else home as "new"

1st star - Within our ‘neighbourhood circle’. Lots of stock & clean.MAJOR TURN-OFF: Terrible customer service! We were looking around to buy stuff for our new place. Yes, we’ve informed them that we MIGHT NOT be purchasing any yet and we’re just looking around but that doesn’t give anyone the right to just ignore you and be sarcastic in answering questions we’ve raised! Now, we’re definitely NEVER going back! Buying or not, answer concerns properly next time, it’s how to be a ‘decent person’, isn’t it?!
