We went with a 50/50 intention of purchasing a mattress and were helped by Monica who was very knowledgeable and explained every single fibre and coil of each mattress. This gave us more confidence in going ahead with our purchase and made our decision way easier. We got a very good deal with Monica's help.

We went to Sleep Country to purchase an adjustable bed. It was such a pleasant experience. Monica is so helpful and so knowledgeable. She patiently explained all our options and we did not feel any pressure to make a rush decision. This was a huge purchase for us and we left the store confident in our choice. The delivery and setup were also wonderful. The gentlemen who delivered our bed were friendly and efficient and took the time to explain all the settings etc.
I definitely recommend Sleep Country.

Fantastic Experience with Monica B. at Sleep Country Canada
My partner and I recently visited Sleep Country Canada with the intention of just browsing and gathering information on some items we were considering. We were fortunate to be assisted by Monica B., who made the entire experience wonderful.
Monica was incredibly kind and attentive, listening carefully to all our concerns and providing us with all the details we needed. Despite our initial plan of just looking around, we ended up making a purchase, largely because Monica was never pushy. She respected our preferences and only showed us what we were interested in.
We actually reside in Coquitlam but made the drive to the Surrey location because of the great things we heard about this store. Monica B. lived up to the hype and more. We're very pleased with our experience and highly recommend visiting this store. Thanks, Monica, for your excellent service!
