Writing a referral for anyone who is looking for a new mattress! Just went to Sleep Country downtown Cloverdale (176a street) and had the best service and education on mattress purchasing from Natali. I would have bought a firm bed in a box online had it not been for her! I ended up purchasing a medium tempur pedicure with cooling tech and I am SO excited for it. Thank you Natali for your time today to help us try every bed in the store and pick the right one for us!

I've always found buying a mattress to be a bit overwhelming, but my experience here was completely different. The entire store had a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere, which made browsing so much easier.
A huge shout-out to Bonnie, the person at the front desk. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect mattress for my needs. She took the time to understand my sleep style and preferences. Thanks to Bonnie, I walked away confident in my purchase!

If you can go to another sleep country I highly suggest doing so. Worst experience I’ve ever had with sleep country and I have been buying my mattresses there for 20 years. The lady named Bonnie with the short dark hair was completely unprofessional and tasteless.
I was doing an exchange for a mattress under the 100 day policy. I went into this location to try them out and put a $100 refundable deposit on one but I was very clear with a different sales person I was choosing between 3 mattresses. He said no problem.
When I asked her for the deposit back and that I would be changing my mattress through original sleep country location/salesperson she turned into a rude obnoxious person.
She wouldn’t give me my refund and mentioned the word commission multiple times. She told me by giving the deposit I had made a financial commitment to this location/store. I had to ask her to stop talking to me and for Tom refund at least 6 times. Absolute pathetic woman

Bonnie at Sleep Country Cloverdale was the most professional sales person that I have ever dealt with, I cannot say enough nice things about this representative. Bonnie spent hours of her time with me helping me to get the perfect bed for me and my 6'3 son. Her knowledge of the products that Sleep Country had to offer was extensive not to mention the financing knowledge that she had as well. I learned things that I never thought about when purchasing a new bed, sheets and pillows. In my opinion, Sleep Country should give this lady a promotion.

Went in to purchase a mattress and was met with a uninterested lady at the front desk in front of a computer. I probably tested over half of the mattress’ inside the store and was clearly indecisive about which one would suit me. Never once did she stand up from her desk to see if i needed assistance. Just shot these weird looks from in front of her computer like she was watching to make sure i wasn’t goofing around or something. I guess because im young she figured i wasn’t going to buy anything. Walked out and will be going elsewhere to purchase my mattress. Never again.

Went in to go look at a mattress, blonde older lady was not helpful at all.. didnt even leave her desk and sometimes just glanced over to see what I was doing just continued carrying on doing her paperwork no asking if i need help no goodbye on the way out. What a joke.

We recently purchased a mattress with Julie at Sleep Country Canada in Cloverdale and are extremely impressed with her knowledgability and pleasant disposition. She is so incredibly informative about all her products and not pushy in the least so if your in the market for a new mattress please look her up, you wont be disappointed. It was such a pleasure doing business with such an honest and delightful individual and we'll definately be purchasing more items through the company in the future. A HUGE thank you to Julie.
