Reviewing the purolator pick up location.Puro sent a notification to me that my package was at this location smh wife went to pick it up the next day. When she got there the guy said you have to wait 1 business day for the package to arrive (which we had).When she told me I tried to call the location 3 times (no answer or call back responding to my messages).She then went back 15 minutes later with the tracking number (which puro does not say you need, only a piece of ID that has the delivery address or name of the recipient on it) and he had it.If he had simply looked at the packages he had, found the one with our address, this would have been a 5 minute interaction and a 5 star review. But he was lazy and rude instead. Will not be choosing purolator for delivery as long as I live in the area.

H&M return label is a QR code. They charge to print shipping labels when no other Canada Post or UPS does. Ridiculous.

Very friendly and helpful owners who are honest and willing to help! My Purolator experience did not go well because of Purolator giving me the wrong information, nothing to do with Skyline Mart. There are a lot of plants here for low prices. The parking lot is a bit tight.

Store functions partially as an agent for Purolator. Today went to drop of a parcel and asked if I could have some sort of receipt to prove I had dropped it off. Gentleman was rather terse and unfriendly and told me to take a photo of the shipping label. I responded that I could take the picture anywhere but that would not prove I had dropped it off. At that point the person became quite angry, rude and derogatory. I asked, in a nice way if he would write on a piece of paper I had dropped it off and sign it. May not be usual procedure but it would harm absolutely no one to do so and 20 seconds to do. It’s called giving the customer what he wants as part of good customer service. I could see customer service was not part of this gentleman’s vocabulary. This man is a terrible agent for Purolator and will give customers a very negative view of that company. I don’t think this person should be involved in any type of customer service job.Looking around the inside of his store there were Purolator parcels scattered unsecured around all over. No security of any kind. Anyone at any time can walk in there and walk off with a parcel. And because they were so scattered parcels could easily be mislaid or lost. Perhaps that was why he wouldn’t give me what I asked for.

Love the owners, they’re always so nice and smiley? and the store is very easy to get to and not to pricey. Hope it stays open and in the same spot forever!
