Bought my wife an Audi from Ian. Car is in decent condition with only 72,000 kms on it. Ian is your typical used car salesman. The inspection report they provide is a joke. In the ad online it was listed as having New Brakes (just as many of their other ads say). When I looked at the brakes, immediately i could tell they were quite worn. Even their “inspection report” had something whited out beside brake condition and then wrote “ new “ overtop. I confronted Ian about this when I purchased the car. He stuck to his word that they had the brakes replaced. I asked for an invoice or work order showing this and he couldn’t find one. I was buying the car anyway, but wanted to make sure he knew that I was aware of their shady practices. I had to get an out of province inspection completed when I got home. When I go to pick up the car. It did pass BUT, they told us that the brakes will need to be replaced by the next oil change!

Traded in my used Tesla for a Toyota rav4 prime a few weeks back. In my experience Kerry and Rick at SK were upfront and honest about the used car they were selling and a reasonable trade in value for my Tesla. Would work with them again.

Dishonest practices. Waste of time. The 'inspection' they perform on their cars is nothing more than lip service checking all boxes as 'good'. Took one of their cars to a mechanic who identified about $3000 in problems and dozens of error codes. Brake life exaggerated by at least double amongst other easy quantitative checks. It's clear the 3rd party inspection they perform is either incompetent or part of the grift. Buy from these guys at your own risk...I went elsewhere.

Fantastic experience dealing with these guys. The staff were really helpful and were awesome to deal with. It really felt like they were rooting for you during the whole process and I appreciated that. I was surprised by how quick the whole process went too. I will never forget the experience of buying my first car thanks to these guys :). I would highly recommend them to anyone!
