The ambiance in these restaurants is so lively, and the service is impeccable.King's Cross Shopping Centre combines shopping and delicious dining in such a convenient and delightful way. It's definitely a must-visit spot of British Columbia!”
“Quaint little shopping area, some stores were closed and had different operating hours so check with each store in case you are looking for a specific service.
Winners is still open during renovations. It’s an open area shopping district so bring an umbrella if it’s rainy.”

“Place is always busy. But for a good reason. Its got a lot of things going on. From the multiple restaurants, Chipotle, Taco Bell, KFC to Cuatro coffee. Its also got a pharmacy, a life labs and a walk in clinic. The Save On grocery store keeps things busy till late. Dollarama also anchors one end of the parking lot. Plenty of parking, and more around the back. This place is going to get crazy once Skytrain comes in... with a bridge directly into the parking lot.”
“Great restaurants around but a terrible area to drive and park in. A lot of delivery drivers will literally park on the one way streets blocking lots of traffic. City of Surrey patrolers need to be in this area 24/7Crossing the street, my fiancee almost got hit by a delivery driver literally holding and staring at his phone while driving through the crosswalk .”
“The guys working there are so friendly. Although I had to pre order for a cake I asked them if they can make me a fresh cake for my sister's birthday and they accepted kindly and prepared it in LESS THAN 15 minutes. The cake was super fresh and not too sweet which I really love . Thank you for your perfect service . YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY TRY THEIR CAKES AND CUPCAKES ✨?”

“Lots of little niche stores. We generally go to the Italian deli most of the time, for all the little things that my family like to have as a treat...authentic Italian delicacies. The owner is superfriendly. The coffee/espresso/cappuccinos are always perfect. And of ourselves, lots of lovely Italian goodies.”
“Westland insurance is in Evergreen Mall. It’s convenient fast and easy. There are other businesses here as well. Shoppers Drug Mart, Liquor Store, Meat shop, Starbucks etc”

“Located in small strip mall with ample parking for all merchant, dollar store is as dollar store goes, sometimes a dollar sometimes 2.00 and prices move north with the economy. Either wise convenient for whatever you might need. Reasonably priced items.”
“Good place for quick shopping. Starbucks, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, and the bakery are usual spots for me and my wife.Downside - possibly the worst parking lot ever. Way too tight and poorly laid out.”
“This mall has everything you need from home Depot to a great air conditioned Movie theater.. Fridays there are a lot of young people openly cruising in their nice cars and south Asian music pumping.. It's a huge area with lots of essential stores.”

“Biggest mall east of Port Mann Bridge. Lots of stores to choose from. Walmart for Gtoceries and movie theathers.They have a nice sized food cout. Not too big but not small either.”
“Small town vibes with diverse shops. There are a few big box corporate stores and a bunch of little local ones. I like the rotating vendors that come into the kiosks especially.
Honestly the hours don't bother me, just walk around the mall to get to save on if need be.”
“For you people complaining about the prices.. go shop in the sale section at forever 21. The quality of the fabric is the best at uniqlo. You can’t find good cotton anything anywhere else for these prices.”
