Went for a seminar... Everything was good ...until I realized halfway home there was a ticket on my windshield. Apparently an empty parking spot is not the place to park there! Not sure WHERE you're supposed to park as there is no signage or indicators.... But they at least got to write me a ticket since I'm disabled and had a service dog with me.... Good for them.

Enjoyed my stay! Great rooms, staff were super friendly and helpful, and well equipped gym. Location was very central as well. I will return if staying in Surrey again in the future.

Rooms were okay, cleaning staff were great however the front desk staff do not know what's going on and will provide confusing explanations to situations. Also this location will tack on additional charges and damage deposit fees that "may" get removed after your stay. I would advise taking photos/videos before and after your visit to ensure you have good proof should they claim things such as damaged sofas or other things that you did not do.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time here!We arrived at the hotel a few hours before check-in and Andy at the front desk held our luggage in a back room until our room was ready so we could explore the nearby mall without having to lug all our things around with us which we really appreciated!The location of the hotel is great with lots of places nearby to check out and plenty of restaurants to choose from.We didn't get room service this year but we did when we stayed here last year and it was delicious! The menu was different this year compared to our last stay as well so it was nice to see that it rotates!The cleaning staff were incredibly kind whenever we spoke with them and they made our bed every day, treating my stuffed animals with care! And the bed was so comfortable! I wish the room had a microwave though.Upon checkout we were helped by Andy again at the front desk, and after checking out he held our luggage in a back room again as we still had a few hours until our bus to the airport arrived and we wanted to get lunch. Shoutout to Andy, he's the best!!

I feel sorry for the staff who were doing their best, because the hotel upper management was terrible. Lots of hidden fees, lack of comunication, and a terrible attitude of indiference towards customers. They also had terribly mismanaged systems for their hotel minimart, making the purchase of a simple pack of gum take 5-10 minutes. The rooms were clean but in need of fixing, like the leaky showerhead and discolored paint. Moreover, their soundproofing was awful, I could hear guests quite clearly from the hall and my room.The only highlight of my stay was the very polite restaurant servers, and the housekeeping staff, both of whom perfomed to excellent standard.I am so disappointed in my overall stay and hope they do better in the future.Rooms: Rooms need to be fixed up! The bathroom door bottom looked corroded, there was a leaky showerhead, discolored bathroom walls, and a faulty bathroom lock. There was also very poor room ventilation.

A great business hotel in Surrey close to many amenities. Very comfortable rooms in modern decor. MIXT restaurant serves some fantastic treats.Only drawback is the aging elevators -- one of them always seems to be out of service.Rooms: Gorgeous mountain views!Safety: Very safe neighbourhood, well lit streets. Only a few pan-handlers at intersections and stores as one might expect in any major city.Food & drinks: Great breakfast offering. The MIXT restaurant's chicken wings are TO DIE FOR!Noteworthy details: Easy access from trans Canada highway. Close to Guildford Centre mall

As a Platinum Elite member, I've always enjoyed generous breakfast benefits with Marriott Bonvoy, so I was disappointed with my recent Sheraton stay. The club was closed, limiting breakfast to two guests, and the buffet was overpriced for the selection. I hope Marriott will reconsider its policies to better align with the value and guest experience I've come to expect.

February 24th our family held a celebration of life for my mom! The Fraser room was set up so nice , the food was great , the service was great , the bartender and servers were also great! I highly recommend this hotel for a function!Garrett O.

We booked a week here due to our home being unliveable due to renovations.Not only did we book the club level, but I am a bon voy member.Each morning I had my routine of working out at the gym, freshened up & looked forward to a nice morning complimentary breakfast.The lady at the grab & go would interrogate me literally every morning, making me feel guilty for grabbing a coffee to go, in addition to a muffin and/or croissant. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable & just because I had a breakfast in the restaurant shouldn’t mean Im not entitled to a coffee to go, or a small pastry? She was acting like she was paying for these items out of her pocket. She was extremely unfriendly and had an attitude when putting a muffin in a bag (slammed the tongs on the table). She also charged me for my muffin & coffee. What????Previous years, the lounge access was upstairs and there were no restrictions like that. I could’ve made myself a coffee anytime of day? It’s very petty of her, and almost like she was making up her own rules. Honestly she should not be stationed where she is, or should be better trained. Her attitude made me just want to order more things (for free), just to annoy her. She seemed very mad that I was getting a coffee & muffin to-go after coming from the breakfast area lol. She is also unhygienic as she stuck her whole unwashed hand to open the pastry bag. She refused to have me do it myself (due to germs), yet she does that? Gross.The front desk employee would not help my guest upstairs. My sister came to visit & there were 2 broken elevators. I am on the 19th floor so it takes forever to come and go.When my sister checked in at front desk he didn’t call me? Instead, my sister had to call me saying he’s not giving her a key to let her up. I was extremely confused. So I had to call front desk from my room saying it is okay to let her up??? And as if he was defeated by this, he puts me on hold for like 2 minutes. My sister said noone was in the lobby at that point, the hold was unnecessary. Then he comes back on and says he’ll let her up.The staff seem to act more like “bouncers” versus friendly hospitality staff.

This is a great hotel in an unlikely location..Usually Surrey is not the first place that comes to mind for nice hotels but the Sheraton is a great addition to the area.

I was very disappointed to learn that the only accessible rooms available at this hotel were king bed only. They do not have any accessible rooms that will sleep a family of four. We have come across this in the past, but the King rooms would at least have a pull-out couch. We will now need to stay separately from our team as this hotel cannot accommodate us. Unacceptable.
