All the items are so overpriced! For a candy bar here you have yo pay $1.70 but you can buy the same candy bar for half the price at dollarama. The employees are always giving me looks as if I'm going to steal or something.

Don’t use the car wash, one of the leg is not there which is horrible to adjust the efficiency. Also the spray and washer is poor quality. I have used other shell car washes, but never was that unsatisfied.

One of the worst place for your car wash. The car still had dirt all over the body, went to see the cashier to express my concern about this and she justified by saying their basic wash includes water only. I have been washing my car from years at several different car wash places but have never seen such a poor customer service. ??

Car wash lacks soap and power washing. Brought car in and ,I don't know what it is, but it appears the pre-soak and soaps are knocked down to provide a weaker product. Water pressure on rinsing would not even knock off a clump of a bird dropping on the windshield. Car was still dirty,just had dust (sandy grime)on it.

Had a horrible experience with this location today. My 75 year old handicapped grandfather was forced to go out for a doctor's appointment today and he tried gassing up here. He was going to pay for his gas with a hundred dollar bill and one of the ladies working here refused him. He is clearly handicapped and has a hard time walking and this terrible woman made him walk back to his car to get his card and come back to the ATM instead of just helping him. I myself living in the same house as my grandfather have been to this shell near home many times and have spent many hundred dollar bills here. This lady should be fired for not conducting herself properly.

I would give them big fat 0 starTheir pump are too slow, I spent about 10 minutes just to fill less than 80 litres of gas, the pump won’t stop and the gas start dropping on the floor, I complained to the manager and he was so rude , he didn’t apologise and he said you shouldn’t leave it unattended, well I was there when that happened setting on my driver seat waiting the slow pump to finishUnbelievable how they are UnprofessionalAt least they added some sand to the spilled gas !!

Slowest gas pumps in town. And a big fraud. My van full tank is 90 liters but got filled up here with 96 liters. WOW

I have had issues with poor quality of gas I fill up using 93 octane and twice my engine light has come on have to use Chevron from now.

No customer service whatsoever. You can only get 28,5 liters of gas ...what's up with that ? Asking how come and why, no answer , you only get "you pay before, you prepay ..."
