Customer service, is fine if you like unpleasant people. Gas pumps rarely offer receipts, always have to go in, Stand in line to get a receipt from a person who doesn't like there job.

The night staff! I dont know why they speak so rude but specially the big guy in the night is so rude. He dont even know how to speak with one. Dont know what happened to the old staff but this staff is not friendly at all.

Aug 01,2023. I arrived at the store to get gas and an energy drink. I thought of using the restroom first which i was denied entry to because something wasn’t working. Whereas, the notice at the restroom door says ‘its for customers only’ which is fair game to me. The attendant lady was super rude. I decided to walk patiently and not spending penny at the place. Its disappointing beyond measure that we are seeing the demise of Canada’s Service industry. If you can’t do your job properly why even do it in the first place and rub your misery on other people too.

Typical gas station. Has everything that they normally have but what's better is the fact it's part of a plaza. They have a liquor store, subway, pizza and a few other places located in the same plaza making stopping for gas easier is your hungry, needing to get drunk or possibly renew your insurance(but your doing that online now so maybe paying fines?)

There was no napkins I checked all the 6 pumps. I still use couple napkins to hold the pump. I use shell app to pay went in to let cashier know about the napkins she said OK no sorry or nothing.

We just visited this gas pump. Two young Indian girls were very rude. They do-not have etiquette.The owner should surely look into it and fire these employees.

All New young cashier stay on phone all the time, they prefer to talk their friends rather than to customers, they try to keep hide phone from inside camera, owner should ask them to switch off phone and in case of any emergency they have landline there,

Worst customer service. Moreover, they even accept $100 bill. I bought some stuff and I only have 100 dollar bill with me. The cashier said they don’t accept $100 bill that is totally wrong.
