Since 2023, I always fill up at this gas station, 2-3 times a month. Today, around 5:50am, I stopped by as usual, but while I was filling up, I noticed that the price of gas in the pump was higher than what was indicated in the sign.
I tried to get help from the attendant, but he did not care too much, I could hardly understand his voice, behind the glass window.
It was super frustrating, I will find another gas station where the price charged is correct and never come back to 13598 88 Ave, Surrey Shell Station.
July 8th update:
The problem is still happening: On July 8th around 5:50AM, the sign was showing 182.9 and the fuel pump 185.9.

Always sell expensive gas compare to all the other gas stations in surrey area. Today July 8, 2024 I drove by 5 gas stations checking prices and all were $1.75 or less but this one was $1.82 so as the prices of confectionary are way to higher inside. I am calling shell corporation to do an inspection for this location. Nothing personal!! Just want it to be fair according to what we are going through in this country.

They have worst customer service. I came around mid night to fill fuel. I knocked couple of times, guy came out saw me and went again inside the room. I knocked again couple of times and the guy never came out ??. Date 13 February…Time 1:25 AM.

There at 6:30am, they are open 24hrs but when I arrive only 1 person is working outside with a be back in 15min sign. Watched 4 people come and walk away in the less the 10min I was there. It's peak time before people are going to work. They don't have time to wait

It was okay. It had the cheapest diesel price around with my BCAA membership 3¢/litre discount. I paid $1.75¢/litre. The cheapest obtainable price for diesel fuel in a while.The attendant seemed nice and respectful, although we could only conduct tha transaction through a small window at that time of night.

Customer service, is fine if you like unpleasant people. Gas pumps rarely offer receipts, always have to go in, Stand in line to get a receipt from a person who doesn't like there job.

The night staff! I dont know why they speak so rude but specially the big guy in the night is so rude. He dont even know how to speak with one. Dont know what happened to the old staff but this staff is not friendly at all.

Aug 01,2023. I arrived at the store to get gas and an energy drink. I thought of using the restroom first which i was denied entry to because something wasn’t working. Whereas, the notice at the restroom door says ‘its for customers only’ which is fair game to me. The attendant lady was super rude. I decided to walk patiently and not spending penny at the place. Its disappointing beyond measure that we are seeing the demise of Canada’s Service industry. If you can’t do your job properly why even do it in the first place and rub your misery on other people too.

Typical gas station. Has everything that they normally have but what's better is the fact it's part of a plaza. They have a liquor store, subway, pizza and a few other places located in the same plaza making stopping for gas easier is your hungry, needing to get drunk or possibly renew your insurance(but your doing that online now so maybe paying fines?)
