The convenience store here is top notch. I was driving home one day when suddenly, I had the urge to poop. The McDonalds across the street seemed like the most obvious place for me to visit as they claim to be 24 hours (this was around 10:15 P.M.). The staff here are horrible people and I would absolutely boycott this location as they do not deserve anyone’s business. As I’ve mentioned before on a previous review, the McDonalds is a nasty place. Anyways, the McDonald’s staff looked at me, smiled, and chuckled as I knocked on the doors desperately so as a last mesure, I went to this gas station. At first the worker refused me as it was pretty late, but I explained my predicament. He understood quickly and let me in to the bathroom. I will be forever grateful for his service.

Got stuck in the carwash and the staff was really helpful although there was big line up behind me and i was stressing out but he was really calm and helped me the best way possible!

Not open 24 hours - closes their doors at 10.Saw them also tell a skip delivery that he had to carry his order without bags. Terrible.

Toyota peace arch gave me free car wash coupon after service my car but their car wash didn’t work because of technical issue then I came after next week then they refused my coupon because it’s expired

Amazing service by Sukhpal who was manning the Cashier position tonight. He went above and beyond to accommodate my party bus and ensure we had enough ice. This is the type of service we need in this Country. We need more people like Sukhpal ✅✅✅✅✅

I filled up with gas last Friday. While filling I noticed that my car was dirty so I sprung for “The Ultimate” car wash. When I got home, I saw that the car wash had left streaks everywhere and also missed all the recessed areas. It looked far worse than prior to the “wash”. I took a bunch of pictures and called the store to advise them and seek remedy. I was told I would have to drive back right away for some to see it. I explained I lived 20 min away and being that it was dinner time, I would prefer to come the following morning. I was told that a manager would call me back as soon as possible, and if not, for sure the next day to let me know what they could do. We are at 5 days, and I assume that they figured I would forget about it.Addition!!! Finally got a call 5 days later. They basically told me it was my fault for not inspecting close enough when I left. Next time (ya right ) look closer. "That's the store policy."I also tried to respond to the cut and paste "customer service" response below to give more details as requested, but it's just a link to their cooperate webpage and gives you the option of a chatbot, or to email them. Basically saying "we've put in the absolute least amount of effort we can to not resolve your issue". Not exactly helpful.DON’T GO HERE!!!!
