Worst customer service experience, right from the very start. Called just to inquire how much it would cost to get a screen repaired just as you would with any company offering this type of service, gave him the brand and model. He tells me that he cannot go give me a quote and that I would need to take it in, and have to take a look. Then I asked why couldn't they even give me a ball park. I don't want to waste my time and theirs. Then he raises his voice as if it was a crime to even ask... He says "IT'S NOT FAIR TO US!" I was surprised as he answered in such a way, I said you don't have to yell at me. He simply hangs up. To me this is a BIG RED FLAG. Do not do business with this company.

I bought a screen protector, it got a bubble in it by the end of the day. When I brought it back the same day, the lady just stuck it down with tape instead of replacing. It broke the next day and they not only charged me full price to replace it but also tried to charge me more than I paid last time. Very unprofessional and bad service. Would not recommend. 0/10

Brought my iPhone X in the morning at 10am to replace front screen & back glass and got back at noon. Super fast and did really good job. Looks like new again. Thx guys.

Even 1 star is a lot for them but unfortunately there’s no less. I took my daughter’s iPad mini to them they told me it will cost $100 to repair the wifi cause it wasn’t picking the network.
After a week, they texted me and told me it’s ready and fixed. I went for pickup found same issues, the wifi wasn’t working.
I gave it back to them they lied to me again and told me we will call or text you in couple days. They didn’t call or text for more that 10 days until I went to them and asked for the iPad. It was there in the drawer neglected. They even didn’t call me and told that they couldn’t fix it they just ignored me!
Stay away from them they know nothing about repairing iPhones and iPads. Plus, their prices are higher than other booths in Guildford mall normally $10 more for smart phones and iPad cases or for changing the screen protector!

A true 1 star. I took my phone here to get the LCD replaced ($246). I specifically asked if it isn't working correctly, will they warranty their work. 2 days later, it was showing symptoms of the same issue. I took it back to them, asking them to check to make sure that the installation was done correctly. They refused, didn't honour their warranty and blamed me, even though the screen still looks brand new. Stay far, far away from these shady mall stands. Cough up the extra few dollars to have an authorized, reputable company do the work.
