I have to let you guys know in advanced, that this is my 3rd time coming here to Leilani and the Schill Insurance team - seriously good customer service - consistent - and they followed up, yet again! This is how you get customers, like myself, to come back, time and time again, when it comes to renewing, advice on rates, and customer service that is hands down 10/10.

The experience was very pleasant and they sent me lots of notifications that my insurance was going to expire which a lot of other companies don't do. They also saved me money by asking all the right questions.

Great service! They emailed me a renewal form that took about two minutes to fill out, I got a call back within 20 minutes on a Saturday (!!!) to confirm everything which took less than 5 minutes, received my insurance papers via email to sign right away and my insurance is good to go for another year. The ability to renew insurance without having to physically go into the branch is awesome and their reps are all very friendly and helpful.

Sunday afternoon, it’s a top down day zipped into Schill Insurance for the jeep, summertime….ahhhh!
Angelina looked after everything expeditiously with zest and zeal and even a bit of cheeky fun….how unusual in a not so usual world.
One of the Most Professional and charismatic millennials I’ve ever crossed wits with. Big fun, sharp as a tack smart, quick and direct with a hint of tomfoolery!
