We spend thousands at this store, we are there almost every week for groceries, and yet their security guards (both man and the woman) act like we’re problems, the woman guard will literally peak around corners to watch you like a stalker. I’ve resorted to waving around my long ass receipts when they come to stand in front of us at the checkouts. Genuinely not a good place to shop when they’re letting others be thieves cause they want to focus on my mothers walker.

Terrible customer service. I was told I can bring in my old Canadian Spring Refillable Water Dispenser Bottles and I can Exchange for new Primo ones they are carrying now considering I bought this 4 bottle here in this location when they use to deal with Canadian Spring. Anyways I paid and they took my deposit for this 4 bottles. I Spoke to one of the managers in the evening and was told that i can bring it in for exchange so before I leave the house today I called in again to confirm before going to the store so I don’t waste my time or get an inconvenience I called around 4:41 PM Monday October 7, 2024, and an unpleasant supervisor that is working today kept telling me that the manager on the store is wrong and saying now that I was told wrong by the store manager and will not accept exchange or update my old bottles which I purchased from them with deposits. It’s unfair that you guys took deposit and won’t even exchange or give that back? It’s just a bottle label that can be simply remove and exchange to primo ones so I dont understand the silly rules you have there for not taking or exchanging my water bottle which I clearly purchased from you what about the deposit?! I feel that I got scammed.

Thank you so much, Piera! She was such a sweet and gorgeous girl. There was a big line up in bakery, with her the only one working but she maintained everything so quickly with efficiency. Someone had taken my cake order wrong and she made a new one for me, on the spot in only a few minutes.Truly exceptional customer service! Will be visiting back again.

No one works here! You can't even use the self checkout cause no one is around when it doesn't work. One checkout running at 530 pm. Over priced and under staffed.

Customer service used to be great but has been getting worse. No one seems to care about the customers; staff running around with the corn like idiots. Carrying less of everyday products and always out of what is needed. Been my go-to grocery store for years. Looking for a new place to shop J guess.
