Had a great experience dealing with savemore plumbing and our sales staff Soni was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would seriously recommend this place to anyone needing bathroom fixtures. We bought our entire bathroom and kitchen fixtures and are really comfortable and happy with our purchase.

I have been really disappointed by the service, quality and honesty of this business. I received damaged items that were fixed with a 'sharpie', missing pieces and parts as well as a lack of resolve and communication. Items that were paid for in advance, with a promised delivery date of two weeks took MONTHS and received items were ALL damaged. I highly recommend choosing another company to work with.

Been here first time.Iffy and Narottam helped me with my tap issue and even i went there just to buy a attachment for my water filter connection with tap. I bought water filter from somewhere else but still they helped me and solved my problem.They have the best selection of high quality products and amazing customer service. The prices are reasonable as-well.I tried lot of other places but no one tried 100%.Iffy thanks you for guiding me through the installation. I would recommend this place to anyone and will always be a customer!!

I had bought faucet set for a Jacuzzi at a different plumbing store where there is no concept of after-sales service ( Euroline) though I have bought lot of supplies from them as I am a small time builder . I just stepped into Save on Plumbing with my problem and came across Narottam. He gave me a very inexpensive viable resolution to my problem for which I was prepared to spend much more. He totally won me as a customer going forward and I am sure to take my business to him. Kudos to him and his team for their impressive customer friendly and solution oriented sales environment.

Soni from the Vancouver Showroom was not only friendly but knowledgeable as well when I was shopping for products for my bathroom renovation.. He patiently guided me in making the right choice and where most salesperson service ended upon closing a sale, Soni went above and beyond that by his after sale service. He was reachable when I called him after my bathroom renovation. Thank you Soni for your efficiency and top notched service.

I have been dealing with Save More Plumbing for almost 14 years. Recently, something broke inside my shower diverter and I couldn’t find it at any plumbing supply store and nobody even knew where to get it from. However, Narotam at Savemore was very knowledgeable about this part and knew exactly where to order this part for me. He really took the time to find the part and get a special order delivery arranged. I received the part within two weeks and my problem was resolved. Thank you for going out of your way to help me out!!

I am a customer of Save More Plumbing store in Surrey since 1999. They have a team of very knowledgeable staff who are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. They carry very good quality and unique plumbing and lighting products at very reasonable prices. Their management team is also very helpful and stand behind the products they sell. Manjinder was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond. He was always there to help us with our needs. Taking and returning our calls promptly and dealing with any issues at hand. This place has horrible faucets. We bought from their brand for our kitchen, the tenants washroom and kitchen. Our kitchen sink after less than 2 years broke. And the tenants washroom faucet broke after less than a year of purchase and started leaking causing a lot of damage to the cabinets. And just recently the tenants kitchen faucet broke. Its not a coincidence if that happens all around the same time and the same place. Horrible place would never go back and never recommend them to anyone will always tell everyone about the horrible experience I have had. It's better you go to a different place than have problems later and pay more money to get things fixed.

I have been dealing with this company from last 15 years and never had any issues. Even Narottam helped me out most of the time with his best technical advice and installation services when I am struck. They have good selection of Plumbing and lighting. I am recommending his name to deal with.
