worst shopping experience ever in North America. Staff extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. When i asked for a product's location, the staff rolled its eyes to me and responded with very impatient tone. Never coming back here again.

They reno-ed it, finally! Still love coming here, I like most of the staff, they are all very accommodating of my bad habit of frequently showing up with three or four mins until close, and then ultimately keeping them working a few mins late. Most stores won't tolerate this, and either escort you to the front, shut down their tills at closing on the dot, or will actually lock the front doors ten minutes to close. BUT not here, they are super cool here and take customer satisfaction really seriously.

The hot food section staff are not friendly and it is not convenient to use. You have to ask for a box, fill it yourself and had it back to have it weighed. They weigh everything now, no specials and they don't have any dipping sauce for the chicken fingers.

Watch your groceries as they are being rung up. Costly mistakes on top of already exorbitant pricing .Slow and clueless cashier made mistakes on the order ahead ahead of us, the customer had to argue to get the correct price to get the advertised discount.She then dropped his cherry tomatoes all over the ground.The same cashier then made 2 errors on our order.Produce rang up as the wrong item with a higher price.Missed a discount sticker on a clearance (1 day old ) bakery item.,Prices here are also a joke, 100 bucks for 2 small bags of mostly sales items.

The recent renovations have really upgraded the quality of this store. I'm very happy to find many more healthy and vegan options here than I could in the past.
