Horrible experience at this shop. Do not recommend. They give you a quote and then over charge you with no warning. Got car back with grease on the headliner. A friend warned me as well. I guess I learned the hard way. I lo take my Camry elsewhere in future.

I went to RG Diagnostics with a problem after several bad experiences with my local Subaru dealer. Steve at RG was most understanding, listened well and got me in at very short notice. I’m now planning on using them for all my ongoing services.

I brought my car to RG to get the broken trunk repaired (and check for any other unknown problems either caused by or overlooked by Canadian Tire, after my disastrous experience with their service center).
Steve was very knowledgeable and communicative, keeping me updated on the status of the car throughout the day and letting me know when they discovered an additional problem. They didn't charge me for the inspection on the car, nor for checking on the passenger window, as they didn't have to do any work on it.
I was given a very nice loaner vehicle to use while my car was being worked on (no charge there either), and they even gave us some coupons for a free car-wash when we picked it up. Total time from drop off to pickup, including getting a new trunk latch ordered and delivered, was less than 24 hours. We will be coming back here when we need car service from now on.

I had a fantastic experience at this car shop from start to finish. From the moment I called to the completion of the service, everything was transparent and well-organized. The comprehensive review they provided, complete with images, was incredibly helpful. I never felt pressured to make any decisions, and Steve was excellent in helping me budget and prioritize future repairs. The service was top-notch, and I highly recommend them!
