Terrible customer service, there is no walk-in for Flu shot, the pharmacist basically didn't want to give the shot for me and my son, he said that I had make an online appointment and obviously in the rexall page there isn't appointment option.

Be careful here as if they haven’t marked everything up enough instead of pulling expired products they are moved to clearance. I won’t shop here anymore because my sight isn’t as good as it once was and I can’t remember to check the date of every new product on the shelf. Vitamins, cleaner, granola bars, chocolate, hair products just to name a few, all expired.

I was told to wait one hour to get flu shot even there was no one waiting (even a mosquito ?)The head pharmacist is always so rude. I decide to transfer my prescription to another one . Thanks and no thanks.I would like to give him 0 star if I could.

Please check the expiration date when purchasing here.I purchased Pre-Seed on March 1 and its expiration date is May 6. (2months only???)I don't need it anymore but 30days past so they refused to refund or issue a store credit.I can't resell it even never opened it.This store is not popular so they have old products. :(

Rexall Pharmacy was out of crucial medication for baby who has pneumonia. They didn’t care either. Don’t bother with rexall, go across the street to Fraser heights compounding pharmacy, who bent over backwards to custom make the much needed medication, AS THEY WERE CLOSING!

I’m so sad that it took me so long to switch over to Rexall. They have Tiffany blue bottles that tickle my brain in happy ways.I had been paying out the nose for years for my medication at Shoppers, switched over to Rexall and my meds were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. If you have ADHD and take medication for it, please consider switching to Rexall as the pharmacist here was able to provide assistance to me to get my medication costs reduced to almost nothing.Fantastic pharmacy, thank you so much for all you do.

They are terrible at delivering orders via UberEats. They do not check and verify the order completeness and then fail to provide a suitable solution for their own mess up. Pathetic Service.

The staff in pharmacy is ridiculous. Don’t even come to the front to talk to you. Just yell at customer at the back. The female pharmacist is rude and unprofessional.
