Will never go there again. Had couple good experiences but the most recent one made me really disappointed and made my nail bleed. Technician has no English ( basic ) communication skills. Can’t respond to my request because of can’t communicate! And made my nail bleed after two minutes, and after several requests of using other methods of removing already injured nail. Why hiring staffs who can’t communicate English to customers? Like basic understanding… and no experience as well. Very disappointed.

I dont wanna be rude but there was no such thing like respect towards their customers. Talking in another language for the whole time and also lying about their fake experience, if you cant do the art i showed you atleast deny it before making it even worse and after that how can you still ask for full money with attitude . Bruhhh . Worst experience ever.

I had a really good time with Helen and my wife was with Tracy, they both were such a blast to service with!
They helped my wife pick a color and did an amazing service. My wife a bit picky when it comes to pedicures but Helen nailed it!!
The massage was also very relaxing and i really enjoyed the hot towel! (It was actually hot)
I love that Regal offers 5 different deluxe!!!
I definitely recommend the rose gold
Every salon should hire Helen and Tracy they both deserve promotions!!
Thank you so much for the best experience ever!!!
I will now be a regular customer 🫶🏼

I had an amazing experience at Regal Nails! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They took the time to make sure every detail was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon was clean, organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I recently moved to the area at the end of the summer and have been coming to Regal Nails ever since. They do an amazing job and can copy whatever particular style you want or from a photo you bring in. I actually live across the street from another nail salon, but walk the extra 10 mins away just to go to Regal nails because they do a better job!

I had such a great experience at Regal Nails. Tracy were absolutely amazing, they really went above & beyond to make sure I was happy with my nails.
They patiently helped me pick out colors, & Tracy didn’t mind changing the designs a few times until everything looked just right. The massage was so relaxing, and the whole place has such a clean, friendly vibe.
Prices were reasonable too, especially for the level of care and attention I received.
I’m definitely coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at Regal Nails.
Staff did an amazing job on my nails; her attention to detail and skill were impressive.
The prices were also very reasonable.

Good job girls,
I love the new nail salon it’s has an adorable atmosphere.
It’s not my first time getting my nails done until she opened her new salon;
Regal which was a little far from my location however I finally got the chance to visit and am truly satisfied.
Lots of new colours and designs.

I read the reviews and decided to go anyways, and I like to make my own opinion. I only needed my nails painted basically. Appointment was for 11, salon was supposed to open at 10 and by 1110 no one had arrived to even open the store. I will not bother to return.

I choose a combo shellac mani and pedi and booked on line but the tech gave me the worst pedicure so much rushed pedicure mean while the tech next to me was giving a nice whole one hour pedicure to a lady and doing it so much better whereas my tech finish it 8in 20 minutes so it’s more a Color change and when I nicely ask her that why you rushed for me she said rudely that’s how we do it and I should pay more if I want a nicely done, more over she changed we $95 instead of their combo price is $85. Never going back. This was the worst service and tech behaviour was so rude and unprofessional

My mom and I went for a pedicure at Regal Nails in Walmart. However, we did not feel welcomed. The two nail techs chatted amongst themselves but ignored us, and barely engaged when we asked them questions to have conversation, and continued to talk to each other in a different language. As a customer I enjoy connecting with my nail tech and I felt tolerated - it would have been nice if they engaged with us even a little, rather than speaking only with each other. My mom also had to ask that her polish go closer to her cuticles, which was done. I know it is just a pedicure, but it matters to be acknowledged and welcomed. I doubt we will be back.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed.
Staff has been doing my nails since the beginning. Always a great time when I go. Denise does my pedicures and always a great job as well.
Great atmosphere and everyone there is super friendly.
