I bought a pre workout from here, and it was blue raspberry flavour. I tasted it shortly after and it smelled and tasted nothing like it. I figured maybe it was defect, so I politely took it back. The manager informed me after taking a full scoop of my preworkout to “taste” that’s there’s nothing wrong with it based on her opinion. I told her that I think it tastes bad and asked if she could do anything. She said no because her opinion trumps mine and she says nothing is wrong with it, after repeatedly telling me that she never takes pre. I don’t think that this was a very fair treatment. I was very polite and her tone seemed condescending and was not a good experience at all. She gave me a new one at 50% off but it took a while to even get her to compromise at all for a product that tasted awful. I called the store after and asked for a manager to speak to and she again was rude. I read after that there is no refund on open products, which she neglected to inform me of and still continued to take a full scoop of my preworkout to taste it even though there was no refund available. I will not be coming back here, I don’t understand why she couldn’t handle this situation nicely and be polite.

i had a great experience at this location. Excellent customer service. the worker alex is a sure good salesman.
