This morning, I went to the superstore for my daily shopping. When I reached the cashier (Christina 230), she was assisting another customer, so I waited my turn. Once it was my turn, she began cleaning the counter, repeatedly wiping the same spot without acknowledging me. After a long wait, she rudely told me that her lane was closed because the light was off.
I explained I hadn’t noticed the light and there were no signs indicating the lane was closed. I had seen her helping another customer, so I assumed it was open. Her response was unprofessional, and she didn’t give me the chance to scan my points card or collect the free Marvel cards for my kids.
I left the store feeling upset. I usually prefer the superstore, but experiences like this will make me reconsider.

Shoot out for the services for Sophy (Cashier/ Front End). She goes over and above to help the customers. She is undoubtedly the best. Always smiling and helping. God bless you Sophy.
One of my favourite....But not happy with the Bakery section , most of the products are on the shelves with the nearby expiry dates...

So bad customer service. Most of the staff is not helpful. Even the self checkout machines are so bad. I ask for help and One of the staff member told me it’s customer problem when their self checkout machine wasn’t working. Walmart self checkout machines are way better than this superstore

This location of Superstore, would offer great customer service by having employees available for the 13 checkout lanes! Only 6 were open at the time of this visit! About 12 customers waiting at the self checkout plus the customers scanning their items!
Ridiculous and surprising for a Loblaws held company, one that is doing well profit-wise!
Adding that the restrooms here at this location continue to be dirty/nasty.

Don't bother with PC pickup here. The last 3 times I've received my order with missing items and receipt showing me I've been billed for those missing items. This last time I caught it before leaving and called them. They said they wouod bring the missing items and I've been waiting for an hour.

Date: July 13, 2024. The store is so gross in general. Always dirty! The fridges are so disgusting… meat, eggs and dairy. You can tell they have not been cleaned in weeks… Does your fridge at home look like this? If not, then save your health and avoid buying anything from their fridges.

Today is June 17 ,2024
All these gluten free product has 1 week left to go until expiry how about you sell them for less and people would buy them look at the expert date look at how expensive it is now it’s all going to garbage no way anyone buying all this left amount within a week
Those are sick people with celiac disease and wheat sensitivity , this is so bad what a shame seriously $8dollars for almost expired cookies
Shame on you superstore everything had become so expensive I see people looking and not able to buy
Disgusting I will shop at Walmart from now on

Don't bother with the PC Express online pickup. I ordered online with a 0830 to 0900 pick up time. Unfortunately, I missed this and came to the store at 0945. Parked at the designated pickup spot, then did the check in process through the email link. Waited for 15 minutes. Called the number posted on the pickup spot. Another 5 minutes of listening to hold music. Finally, I went to customer service only to be told that the PC Express department closes at 0930pm. Nothing in the email nor on the automated call that stated the business hours. Nothing posted in the pick up spot as well. I was just told by the customer service they can't do anything. Really poor service. No star review.

Every week when i am buying groceries I always looking for the manager to tell him I am concerned about his store cleanliness. I never saw him on the floor.
I am afraid to put my groceries on transporter band because it is dusty.It looks like it was never cleaned . It is a health hazard.
Please clean the transporter band around cash register to keep your customer healthy.

Nok er Nok. Prices have skyrocketed, the greed is disgusting.
I used to be grateful to superstore for having low prices, good sales, and a points reward system that actually felt like a reward. Now it’s a slog to get points. I walk away dejected from items like honey and maple syrup that have doubled in price. Butter? Real butter? Don’t even think about it. It’s outrageous that they’re making a 53% profit on butter. I don’t know who’s buying it. Certainly not me, and I won’t be buying anything from superstore in the future. Buh bye.
