I recently visited Queen’s Nail for nail extensions, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Lisa, the technician, was extremely rough, even cutting my finger and holding my hands so harshly that she twisted my fingers at times. Despite clearly explaining the shape I wanted, she didn’t understand or seem to care. Overall, it was painful and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all. Its a waste of money and time.

Not good service. I had my nails done by lisa and she was so bad in extensions,she buffer my skin and made 2 cuts… when I told her, instead of apologizing and accepting her mistake , she said its not bleeding and its ok… I am feeling burning in them till now its been 4 hours now, she told me it will be ok in 1 hour… its not my mistake…
And she is so rude while doing … she has to be polite and when asking for anything she told I know my job…. Hell!
Not recommending to visit … pay little extra at any other place instead of paying to her.. and she even don’t know how to apply polish… you can see pictures she told me it is okay it will go away by its own…. Owner should replace her with professional person, otherwise this place gonna close soon…

I went to this place almost a week ago and got acrylic nails. The lady who was doing my nails was busy taking to her coworkers and not paying attention, and she cut my nail cuticles so closely to skin that my finger started to bleed. Instead of apologising, she continued doing my nails. After a week of getting my nails done, acrylics stared to fell off which was quiet surprising for me as she said nails will going to last at least 2-3 weeks. Also, under one nail which was bleeding, infection developed.When I contacted them back she said to pay a visit. When I went there, she said your nails fell off, I cannot help and this is not my problem. They use absolute cheap products which may cause serious infection. Do not visit this place, absolute waste of money and time.

I’ve gone twice in the last two month. I have had Lisa both times. She is the kindest little lady. Was super nice. Took the time to make me feel special and did an awesome job at making me smile. I let them decide on the design and I wasn’t disappointed.
Requested style: Let them decide on the style and design
Specialities: They do gel and acrylic nails and lash extensions.
Cleanliness: Very clean and cute
Stylist: Lisa was great and made me feel so good

Didn’t like the service. The shellac nails were chipping in next few days. Attention to detail wasn’t there. Won’t be coming back!

Worst French tip I have ever had. Left before they could finish painting and screw them up any more than they already did. Now I have to have them fixed somewhere else. -5 stars bad experience.

Very horrible experience… just went there to remove aclyric … when i said to clean my nails properly then she started hurt my own nails… never recommend…??????

I got my fake nails gel removed by this salon and the service was so bad it’s cheap but not worth it at all. I’m never going back they need to change how they remove nails it can hurt people just like it hurt me as well, some of my fingers still had the Acrylic powder on it can you imagine it was dry… my fingers were red and hurting because the service wasn’t done properly.
Please if you’re looking forward to also get your fake nails removed, please find another salon. They also never pay attention to detail they always like to be the ones talking instead of listening to what the person has to say.
