Worst company I've ever experienced in my lifetime. And that's something. Not leaving a notice or even informing the person you're outside of their house and then pretending you attempted to deliver. And then not notifying me that it's sitting in a warehouse for over 5 days while Amazon is telling me it's still on the way. I've never been so mad in my life. I'll be going to try and pick it up myself which is not the point of delivery, and it's going to be past the 5 days which you should make longer because you're screw ups are consistent for many years.

Worst services, no manners of communication or co-operation. The whole staff including the support team is Ridiculous. Never use them. Use Canada post either.

I waited at home eagerly for my delivery of my PCC report, constantly refreshing the tracking page on my phone. Suddenly, it changed to "Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable." But that's not true! I was home the whole time, with my phone in hand, and received no call or message. I'm certain no delivery attempt was made. When I called the company, the IVR system put me on a connect tone for half an hour. Now I have to travel far to pick up my package, wasting time and money. This is the 2nd time I'm facing the same delivery issue. I'm extremely upset and will contact BLS International Services to express my frustration. They need to terminate the logistics partner agreement with the Purolator at the earliest. Wouldn't have given one star if there was such an option as this service doesn't even deserve that! Pathetic.

Why is your company so terrible? At first, your courier couldn't deliver my passport from the visa application center. He didn't even call or text. Then your operator couldn't even connect 2 words. One employee says one thing, the other says another. You have at least some kind of protocol of action. As an international logistics specialist, I am in great shock from your TERRIBLE company. So now I saw a picture of how your courier drove up to my house and, without leaving his car, put the order status on "attempted deliver" , he couldn't even call or write. The package contains a 100% address with a code for the front door. Why do you take such stupid people? If they can't read, let them return to their homes. And they don't spoil other people's lives. Do something about it or close your TERRIBLE COMPANY ALREADY!Unfortunately, because of your terrible company, many people are forced to avoid your partners. I am waiting for them to terminate the contract with you due to numerous customer complaints and your company will close.

I used to hate this place but as an Amazon return depot, they're great. I don't even need to put my return in a mailable box. Excellent.

HONESTLY JUST THE WORST! If you want to know how much these types of companies apprecaite the business, give their customer support team a call and feel just how little care and inconvience you get from talking to one of them!
