I love this store and the customer service is top notch. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the ladies in store were so kind and accommodating. No questions asked and they were a joy to chat with. The quality of the clothing is excellent and I can’t recommend them enough!

This company is a scam, they have taken orders from the TodayShow on NBC, and not fulfilled them. There are multiple complaints being filed and I get the feeling they will find the owner in Brazil. Do not order anything from them!

Awesome experience! I'm in Ontario and had placed an online order for 2 items. There was an issue with my order but they were able to handle it right away. 100/10. Would shop again. I mean it, they are fantastic.The only thing I would recommend is adding a sizing chart to their site.

Their customer service is amazing. I had 2 great experiences with Zydeco.1. When I placed my first online order I forget to add the discount code, and he immediately responded to my e-mail, applied the code to my order, and shipped my item right away.2. There was a small error with the order I received, when I e-mailed customer service the following day, Zydeco immediately gave me a call to personally apologize for the inconvenience and immediately rectified the order by sending me the item by express post.I could not have asked for better customer service and follow up.10/10

5 star customer service and always great quality. Erica made Christmas manic happen tonight! I called at 5:09 and she said "Come on down!" Three stores in the mall denied me paying the business they work $$$.$$. Not ERICA @ PRIVILEGE! her customer service was on point! She said "Come on down I'll keep my till open for you!' unreal. Nice work.

Would rate half or no stars if I could... ordered a moose knuckles parka on the 31st, and waited an entire 4 days of “order processing” only for them to tell me that the item had been out of stock. Am now without a thick jacket, not knowing what else to do... have never experienced something like this before.

Ordered a dress from here and it was the most poorly made dress i have ever seen. It looked like a 6 year old had sewn it together. Strings coming out on all ends, uneven hemlines, etc. The dress was only about $50 so i wasn't expecting anything spectacular but nonetheless I wanted to return it. The cost of shipping it back to canada was going to be $22! I contacted customer service to see if there was anything they could do for me and they were not at ALL helpful nor sympathetic despite me sending photos of the horrible dress i received. WORST customer service ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone. All they had to do was credit me back a portion of the shipping cost to even use as privilege credit to appease me, but they didn't. Very disappointing.
