Best way of looting people with their policies. If you want to cancel membership then 30 days notice actually doesn’t matter. These guys will ask you to pay for the next month too . If your payment date is 1st of the month and your 30 days notice goes to 2nd of the month then they will charge you for that months also. So my recommendation not to go here.

A lot of equipment, nice people and 24/7, decent music.
I’ve been to a lot of gyms and this one has it all.

The staff at this gym are very hospitable and very respectful, thank you very much for your kindness. It was my first time at platinum yesterday and the staff made it a really great experience for me.

The gym is very large with lots of high quality equipment. Staff and management are also very helpful and friendly.

Saurav at the front desk is doing an amazing job . He always make sure everyone is welcomed nicely into the gym . Plus he is the only guy in the gym who organizes weights !

Lots of space and lots of great machines. Also love the fact that they have power bars for powerlifters and a rogue bench!

Biggest most well equipped facility in the lower mainland. Bright lighting high ceilings lots of mirrors and friendly knowledgeable staff. Open 24h is the cherry ontop. What other gym has a posing room a seperate women's area turf space and stretching area? Exactly no other. Great place for beginners all the way to pro bodybuilders/,Powerlifters/strong man.
Somthimg in the atmosphere that makes this place bring out your best. Try it for yourself u won't be disappointed!

After going to different gyms to see which one is good I give this one 5 stars. It has great equipment, it’s very spacious and clean. The staff is very knowledgable about the machines, are very polite and helpful. Management goes above and beyond to keep their clients happy and the business running smoothly. The owner Romi If you ask, will give you helpful tips, he is a wealth of knowledge since he’s been in the fitness industry for many years.

Would never recommend anyone to go to this club. High headed management. Untrained stuff. No courtesy and worst customer service experience I have had in a long time in any sector. Had there been an option of a lesser rating, I would give that.

Very good facility, spacious with all kinds of exercise equipment, sauna,training staff, separate area for ladies to work as well
and friendly staff..l have been a member for over 12 years..
