Absolutely love this boutique! I have shopped here for years. All the staff are just lovely, so welcoming and helpful. They have such a fantastic selection, so many different styles and unique items. If I'm just updating my wardrobe or need something for a special event, I'm always able to find something here. Not to mention, the staff always go above and beyond to help find the right item and fit for me. This is my go-to boutique!

A friend and I went by the S&L Restaurant for lunch after a 4 k walk yesterday around a nearby park (in the rain) and so we happened to be there when they held a fashion show at the restaurant. We were wearing our Lululemon clothing, so weren't dressed up like the other patrons, but being in our 60's decided to stay for the show. The very first model was mingling briefly, sharing the brand of her clothing and misc remarks when she approached our table. As my friend smiled and looked up at the model, the model advised that these were high end clothing, then pausing for effect. Basically telling us these clothes weren't for us. Unbeknownst to the model, my friend recently retired from a bank management position with a comphy pension. It was a Pretty Woman moment I have never experienced! We won't be shopping there!

I was visiting a friend in the area and happened upon this lovely boutique as a first timer. I have to say, even though there were several other customers in the store, a delightful woman (Eileen as it turned out ?) approached me right away just to check in and see if she could help. I had really just popped in to look, and she was happy to leave me to do that. A few minutes later I asked about finding some understated/casual, but not jean, pants. I always find it difficult to find just the right fit in a pant, but Eileen, and later on Bunny, were absolutely tireless in their determination to find me the right piece. It was a really fun shopping experience, and although I hadn't anticipated finding anything special, I came out with two pieces I just love. It was no pressure sales and I really felt like I had been a customer for years. It was such a pleasure (thanks again ladies), and I will definitely return on my next visit to the mainland!

The customer service was great. I had bought a pair of their signature pants. At the counter I pointed out a concern about some loose threads. They were cut off at the counter. After I got home the dye ran really bad in the wash,and after wearing them three times the stitching threads broke and seams started separating even though I bought a pair larger than I needed. Not sure how they were stored or how old they were to have the materials start disintegrating, wish I had listened to my gut at the counter and made a better choice.

I went into Pistachio looking for Sandwich brand clothing many years ago in there old location. I did get help from Suzzane very nice lady who sent me to Aldila Boutique because they didn't have my size. Went back again got totally ignored. So went in for a 3rd time asked for help. Was asked if I was going to buy anything. I filled out a coupon for a $150.00 giveaway and won. They did not phone or email me, I found out by myself went I got my free stuff and sold it to Turnabout Consignment next door. Extremely bad service many people I know say the same thing. It's ashame because they do have nice clothes.

It's always an experience going into Pistachio. The staff treat you like a family member (in a good way, lol) and they go our of their way to find you great outfits they think you may like or suit your style. You feel really part of something special!
