Aside from having great new item prices and showroom sales this store has the nicest staff that go above and beyond to answer questions, give honest advice, and absolutely zero sense that they’re trying to sell the most expensive lights possible. Everyone from the staff up front to the guys who help deliver lights is really welcoming and kind.

Beautiful place and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I had an issue with an old broken light fixture from another place and Robert went above and beyond to help me.Tons of beautiful lighting in a wide variety of styles there too!

They have a lot of lights to look at but I find their prices a bit high and I recommend booking an appointment to discuss lighting needs as they do not have staff to help if you are a walk in. I am sure they have good qualified staff but they are not available most of the time.

Ordered some lighting from the store. They explained they would be placing the order in two weeks time, and that the lights would be arriving two weeks after they placed their order. Said how much they appreciated us supporting local business and that they would keep us in the loop on our order. We scheduled an electrician to install our lights six weeks after our initial visit. Time passed and we didn't hear anything, so went to the store to check on our order and was told it would be another two months!! No phone call from the store and no apology for not following up with us when I mentioned we'd scheduled an electrician. They said they were just busy but would call us with some options. All we got was a voice message the next day advising us to check out their website. Hard to support local business when you receive this kind of disappointing service.

Brought in an uncommon light bulb that I needed to replace and they identified it for me on the spot. I asked the same question at another lighting store and was turned away without any help. Great customer service!

The service here was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked into the store, they did not even acknowledge our presence. We had to directly walk up to the counter to ask for assistance and even then they were uninterested in offering us help. They were all quite rude and were chatting and whispering behind the desk. It is unfortunate that we were treated so badly, as there was quite nice lighting pieces that we were interested in buying. Sad to say that the customer service was so bad and left us feeling disheartened.

I went to more than 10 lighting stores for lighting fixtures for dinning, island and stairwell area and I finally bought all fixtures in Pine Lighting. They not only patiently explained to me the lighting features/intensity, they also provided me with pictures, sizes, and measurements when I emailed them to ask for more details. Their services are excellent and the prices are reasonable too.

Absolutely amazing service we bought a chandelier for use in the new porch on our Reno.The Reno took longer than anticipated so the chandelier sat in our “office” in it’s carton for almost 5 months.My wife never noticed when she unpacked it that one of the glass light covers was missing.I called Christine the next morning and her reaction was simply “don’t worry I will deal with it” and she did.She even checked to see if she could take 1 from a show room model but could not.If you want quality and service I would recommend these people a Pine Lighting and we will be usingThem again.
