The store manager Berry, one of the best and most knowledgeable humans I have met. She is super friendly, we come here often and she now knows us for sure. She educated us and guided us about our kitten & adult cat and made us feel calm after our interaction. 100/100 if you have any questions about your pets, especially cats, talk to her! Thank you for always being so kind and welcoming to us Berry!

**Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend**
I recently took my cat to PetSmart for grooming services, expecting a bath, nail trimming, and brushing. What I witnessed was nothing short of appalling. They started by cutting her nails, but the way they handled her was extremely unprofessional and outright cruel. I watched through the window as they grabbed her paws and bent them backwards—something no professional groomer should ever do. They put her in a harness that lifted her up, and I saw the groomer shoving her hand on my cats neck to the point she was laying on the ground , helpless with her body, and she was clearly stressed beyond belief.
Rather than treating her gently, the groomer was rough and inconsiderate, which only agitated my cat further. When my cat understandably hissed, the groomer had the nerve to refuse to continue the service, claiming my cat was being aggressive. The truth is, my cat was reacting to the mistreatment and stress they caused.
To top it off, I just cut my cat’s nails at home today, and she was completely calm. She voluntarily gave me her paws, one after another. This just shows how poorly she was treated at PetSmart, as she is typically very calm and well-behaved.
I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with the way PetSmart handled my cat. I wouldn’t trust them with my pet again. Pet parents, beware.

When I was returning the vehicle, the U-Haul staff directed me to park in a spot that was clearly too small for the vehicle. He insisted that I park there, and it took over 20 minutes of communication for him to understand that the space was inadequate because he couldn’t drive. He even asked me to move two other vehicles so that I could park mine. I documented the entire situation with photos. This was a very poor experience.

Took my dog to grooming salon today. Ears not cleaned, dew claw nails not trimmed, some parts of fur not brushed. With all these, I still got charged 30% more of the original price for extra 30 minutes brushing.

The grooming salon is disgusting here, the staff are incredibly rude!! Katherine and jenna are the two prople super rude to me i thankfullt got their name. I will make sure to tell atleast 300 people about the way thiese people handle dogs its abuse. Say dogs are too matted when theyre fine, and charge way extra. Also super rude and talk bad about customers to each other when you leave. The only reason i know is because my phone was recording. I will complain to as many people as i find and i want people to know the names katherine and jenna never ever ever book wtih these groomers they do the WORST job!!!!

Their prices are rising drastically. My cat food went from 35$ to 65$ this yearSo sad they are asking for donations on top of ur inflated purchases when ppl are struggling to feed their children and keep a roof over their heads . Donations are fine, but I prefer to donate directly because they take a percentage .

Petsmart - chain pet and pet supply store with most of everything and less expensive than Petland but not independently owned operated. Grooming salon on site, moderate selection of aquatic species, very few other species i.e. reptiles or small animal pet species.
