And I couldn’t be happy with the service I got, Even let me test drive the shoes out the door.
Landed on a pair of ASICS Magic Speed 4, they’ve been fantastic.

Online ordering was excellent! I ordered a pair of shoes online at around 2:00 pm. Qualified for free shipping and it said it would come by express canada post. To my surprise, I got the shoes that night! They were packaged well and hand wrote a thank you for supporting a small business.

Not enough stars for the great service and expertise I received on 3 separate visits to the store. I was professionally fit on my first visit and was able to try on multiple options. As an avid runner who had to stop running due to aches and pains, I learned how and why my previous shoes were not serving me. I immediately felt the difference after being fit by an expert. I am looking forward to easing back into running and encourage anyone who is active on their feet to experience a Penrun fitting. Also picked up a pair of walking shoes perfect for travel.

I always go to the Walnut Grove location and they are very helpful. I waited in the Whiterock store for 15 minutes and no one offered to help. It was like I was invisible.

Stopped by Pen Run in search of a new pair of running shoes. Was super impressed with both the great selection of shoes and the staff. Brenda was friendly and very knowledgeable and I left with two new pairs of shoes (runners and court shoes) and am extremely satisfied with both. Would highly recommend Pen Run!

Wow - what happened to the service. I visited the store a couple of weeks ago expecting to get fitted for new walking shoes. Clerk greeted me (friendly enough) asked if she could be of assistance. Explained what I was looking for 'asked me my shoe size" - told her that I didn't like Brooks and she got me Brooks . NEVER measured my foot / NEVER checked my gait / NEVER listened to what I wanted and you know what I will NEVER be back. I have had exceptional service in the past - I guess the store has been sold. The one star is because it is close to where I live - but now that doesn't matter cause I will be shopping elsewhere.

I have been to many different stores for running shoes in my days from specialty to generic sports stores and by far this was the best and most professional experience I have had to date . The store was fully stocked with competitive prices and the staff was knowledgeable but also listened to my feed back. I’m a very happy with my purchase. 5 stars !!! Thanks
