We would like to share our experience in buying for our kitchen and bathroom products in this store.As we are building our dream home in Langley, We went many kitchen and bath stores and we can definitely say that Oziss is the place to go when it comes to Quality products.Jaspreet was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very detailed in showing us the pros and cons of each and every brand in terms of price vs quality. So in the end, this really helped in our decision making. We felt quite comfortable in finalizing our selections without any doubt.

Our contractor recommended Oziss as we were looking for a Brizo Polished Nickel Bathroom Faucet and Shower System. While other stores had lead times of up to 2-months, Oziss had everything in stock.Their pricing beat the competition, and Sahil was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the planning of our custom shower system. Highly recommend!

I had recently purchased Toilet, Bidet, Sink, Faucet and steam shower set to renovate my apartment. Sahil helped me out and advise me the pros and cons of with the pricing. He also helped me out for delivery all the items in timely manner.I am really impressed with the customer service I have received from Sahil. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.I tried so many other local shops. Prices are very competitive and turns out to be lesser than any other suppliers nearby.

My husband purchased steam shower set from this place and they told us it was a complete set. Our plumber could not install it because a piece was missing and then we had to purchase a different set on the spot from different store as we were paying the plumbers to do the installation.We took the shower back to return it, and they absolutely refused to take it back and said it was a final sale, even though they sold it with a piece missing.I was completely surprised they would not refund it.We have a large renovation coming up and had planned to purchase everything from this store, but given the poor customer service and lack of trust we will take our business else where where we have confidence in the service, and after service. So stressful to drive one hour just to return it, and then they refused to take it back when it was their own mistake to sell without being a complete set.

We purchased most of the fixtures that we needed when renovating three bathrooms from Oziss Industries and our experience couldn't have been better! The staff were all courteous, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry.They have a large selection of quality brands at excellent prices. We chose Toto toilets and Riobel shower/tub fixtures and were able to save hundreds of dollars off the retail pricing at the big showroom stores.Jaspreet was very always very helpful and went above and beyond to track down a couple of specialty items for us. We had a few items that needed to be exchanged and there was absolutely no hassle whatsoever.I highly recommend Oziss Industries when choosing fixtures for any kitchen or bathroom renovations.

Purchased Faucet and other plumbing materials from the shop, but our plumber advised that small piece was missing. Came back to return it but they refused to take it back, even though their warehouse worker(Satish) at the shop confirmed that piece was missing. Jaspreet was so rudeDon't go to buy any stuff.

Very detailed customer service, knowledgeable with industry products, wide and diverse range. Tried all but got everything here for my full house renovations. If you don’t understand, they will explain. If you don’t find it, they will help you locate and order. No surprises. Owner is a very helpful and humble person. She was so patient with me help me choose all the items Ineeded. So as you walk in the staff is friendly. The shipping person is also helpful and kind.I would recommend Oziss.
