Unfortunately I gave the first rating of 5. The staff was very professional. The repair job on my car looked great at first. but when we got it home and next day sitting out in the sunlight. the paint job was not well done. My car is less than two years old. Rarely out in the sun for any link of time. You can see that the paint job does not match the rest of the car. And they failed to reconnect the sensors.We will for sure be taking car back when my family members health improves enough for him to travel to OpenRoad Auto body with me.Services: Painting

We had several vehicles get repaired from this shop during the past 10 years, their fees are very reasonable, their services are professional; the manager Tim is very honest with a big heart!We are very appreciative of all of their help!!!Highly recommend this business.

I am so happy with the work I had done at the White Rock location of Open Road Richmond Autobody. The staff were friendly and helpful, they know their stuff and they are good at it. The repairs to my 2016 Acura Tlx were better than I expected!! The work they did was flawless!! It looks like a new car again and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you so much for an excellent experience and all the hard work that was put into my vehicle!! It was also washed inside and out when I got it back which was a surprise I didn't know they were going to do that! My vehicle was shining when I picked it up!! I would highly recommend Richmond Autobody!!
