Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. Advisor took days to reply back with an update on my vehicle ignoring all phone calls and messages left with reception and emails, I’m sure you can tell from reviews which advisor this can be. Believe me do not go here this service department is a mess, much better service at other Mercedes dealerships. I will be sure me and my friends/family will not be giving this dealership any of our business.

John Poernomo is the best service advisor at Open Road Mercedes Benz Surrey. He is very friendly and helpful. I always have great service experiences with him whenever I bring my car to this place. He always tries his best to help all the customers. Open Road Mercedes Benz Surrey is the best Mercedes Benz service centre among the several local Mercedes dealerships that I have visited. I have bought parts from them that other Mercedes dealer would ask 50% more for the same parts. I will only go to Open Road Mercedes Benz Surrey now.

Thanks to my sales Angel and service Aleksandar.
I bought a second-hand Mercedes E350 a few days ago, Angel's service was very good . a few days later, I came back to repair the seat. I thought there would be no good service after bought a car. service Aleksandar did best serivce for me . I highly recommend these two people.
