I would have given zero star if there was an option. I went there three times to have a get best left but nobody helped me. The staff eas very rude and disrespectful. You guys cannot speak rudely wuty customers.
The product they are guvung old and wxoensiove than costco.
Will never visit again and tell my friends to put a bad review

The service and support staff are excellent! I ordered a few items and had trouble entering a promotional code. When I reached out to support, they responded within a few hours and ensured the promotional product was included with my order. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability. Came to the store to pick up my order #29598. Person went to the back to get it after seeing my ID. I asked if it was the 128GB tablet and he said yes. He opened the box for me to inspect the tablet. There was nothing wrong which I could see so I took it and left. After arriving home and fully charging it I went through the start up process. Everything was great until I saw the storage was only 64GB. I overpaid $60. I plan on going back today to get it resolved and will update my review after.
Came back the next day to exchange it. Just upset that I had to make another trip to the store.

Great experience! I purchased an Apple M3 Max as 'open box' condition and it showed up basically brand new. Came packaged just as professionally as Apple refurbished devices. Definitely recommend!

Rude staff, no sense of customer service, staff had an attitude. Not willing to give any service. Big line up still staff doesn’t want to serve the customers.

Was needing a new Smart TV. Went to this location 15 mins before closing. Found a Samsung TV I liked & the process was quite quick. Got a great deal. Saved $100+ compared to Vision Electronics & Best Buy for the same TV. The only difference was my TV came without a box but it was a easy to transport & I didn’t need a box anyways. Arman was very helpful. I left with the TV by the time the store closed. It was quick to set up too.

I'm filing a case with these guys. Craziest thing I've ever seen, AirPods got stolen recently and now it turns out these guys are selling it. I'm not sure what operation this 'professional' company is working under but I was checking the location of the airpods and they went all the way from toronto to your exact location and it turns out my airpods are on sale. WHAT A JOKE!
