Unfortunately OK tire Fleetwood charged me for $50.00 for a misdiagnosis. They said it was my car fob when it was actually my car door lock. I went to the Mazda dealership instead and they did a great job of diagnosing it quickly and efficiently and then fixing the problem. When I phoned to speak to someone of this issue they were unable to understand my point of view.

I had a great first experience at OK Tire (Fleetwood). I chose this repair shop because my usual shop didn't have any available time to fix a nail in my tire until next week. I called OK Tire and asked a lot of questions about the repair, the guy (sorry, I forgot your name) was patient and clear in explaining everything to me. Every person I spoke to were friendly and knowledge. They even helped me cut some costs by taking their time to find spare parts for my car. I appreciate the help! I see why they have such great ratings and reviews. Thanks again!

This is the only place to bring your car to. Service managers are good, honest, and forthright people. Krio specifically is an absolute g. Will vouch for this place to all who need their car worked on.

Had a clutch done here last summer. Meant to go to BC Tire across the street but mistakenly ended up here instead.
Since that time the new clutch and related parts have had issues 4 issues leaving my vehicle out of commission each time.
In addition they had to remove and reinstall the 4x4 shift linkage to install the new clutch, and since then it hasn’t worked.
Overall I’m less and less pleased with this shops work

Outstanding and wiick service! I had a trip to Whistler but my tire was flat. Krio was great, he managed to squeeze me in to fix it and within 20 minutes we were back on the road. Thank you Krio and the team, you guys are great!

I always bring my vehicles to this shop. The service advisors are honest and very good at explaining things to me. The technicians are skilled and experienced. The work is always done correctly the first time. Kelly really cares about his customers.
