Worst canada post service I ever received, the employee named Kenny the rudest and impolite worker I have ever seen. Will never go and will never recommend as well.

No diversity. Only two races, Punjab's, and Filipinos. Also, rude most of the time. Unpleasant, and prejudice against white people.

Worst customer service at canada post. The guy name kenny is very rude to customers and not even helpfull. He totally refused to do fedex courier because there was line up. I waited for 30 mins in the line and finally got no answer from him.Please be advised that there should be more staff to help people and should be friendly and nice behaviour.

Indeed the Asian guy is rude and not welcoming. Have two counters but hardly ever saw both servicing and when both working never saw people dividing to both. When I approached the Asian guy on the other counter he sent me to the regular always serving long line back again. And then later on called when he should have said to wait at his counter. Weird and made me annoyed by his rude approach. And the other staff is also not that welcoming rather cold.

Only one person working during peak hours after work is pretty aggravating. I feel for the employee. Canada Post you should staff better

I have disagree strongly with the previous reviewers, I've never had a problem with the staff here. As for the Asian gentleman working there, he's been nothing but a pleasure to deal with over the years.

The Asian guy there is so rude, unpatient and so pathetic towards immigrants. He even raises his voice when you ask what he just said as is not clearly understandable. I stopped going over there and now I have to drive far to a descent post office...
