I'm SO glad that I found a car service place that can make me feel at ease ? and it takes a lot for me to say this. Today I had to change the car battery on my Mazda, and I also did an impromptu oil change. Despite being super busy, Ken helped to schedule me in, and also helped me to look into some additional informations (now I think about it, I probably sounded really needy... but I wasn't trying to! ? Just genuinely curious about some informations, but I would have been fine without knowing them ?) And I have to say that Ken is amazing, genuine and really fun to talk to xD, and Sara (even though I didn't get to meet with her) did an amazing job as well! (I love the little note that she left on the dashboard ;-;.)

Vas , Al and team took great care of me, I had an emergency and im not from in town. These guys are honest and the diagnosis had fair pricing. I didnt have an appointment, yet they still treated me like a normal customer.
If I lived in Vancouver, this would be my repair shop to go to! If you live here; and need repairs. See these guys, they'll take proper care of you.

Went to this place as our regular garage was temporarily closed. It is a small place and does not look like much, but they were fast, efficient and did good work. Most importantly, I think they are honest. Would definitely go again.

Fantastic experience! I returned from vacation to discover that my car battery was leaking acid! I called Newton Auto Care and within an hour, I was back on the road with a new battery installed, at a great price! Thanks Kenny and Geoff!

I just had my vehicle done for maintenance this morning and would like to share a great experience with Newton Auto Care.
They're friendly and very professional, everything was done within an hour. The cost is less than1/2 form my last one in Lexus Agency.

Ken was amazing!! Got me in next day for a check engine light. They ran the code, and when it turned out to be a non-issue they clearly explained what happened in lay terms and sent me on my way free of charge. Absolutely amazing service
