Excellent service from Rupinder - he's responsive and offered a great deal for our washer dryer. He also answered my many many questions all throughout the night via text. On top of that, the delivery and installation team was fast and top notch. From the day we first talked to Rupinder to the day everything was installed took a matter of ~1 business day. We finalized the purchase on Friday ~5PM and it was installed by Monday ~630PM. Highly highly recommend!

ZERO STARS
Shady business that sells used, beat-up, dented and scratched LG appliances that are bound to fail in six months. And since they have only six months of warranty you're at the mercy of the dealer to get your appliance fixed at an exorbitant price by their mechanic. Even within warranty period you'd waste countless hours of phone calls and emails to get your appliance fixed only at their will and discretion. Once your money is taken you come home and wait for an unusual time as their delivery is also shady and not in time they will procrastinate and linger on and deliver ultimately a week after their promised date. Don't trust Rupinder (the turban guy) as he is a liar and the biggest scammer and liar is his boss sitting upstairs. Also, the serial number of items you chose at their location will not match once you get delivery, and to your surprise you'd discover and gat flabbergasted to see evidence of previous use and tampering insde your fridge rack or baking oven. I wish I could give zero stars. Don't waste your time and money here! Steer clear!

We bought an LG stove for $899+taxes two years ago and they only provided six months warranty and recently the stove malfunctioned and needed repairs and to our surprise the mechanic appointed by New Country Appliances quoted us $375 for repair and parts. We decided not to repair it. Use your common sense and invest in a good appliance from Costco who would provide free two years of warranty and an extended three years of warranty for $99 only. So, for a total of 5 worry-free years of reliable Costco Concierge warranty. Whereas New Country Appliances quoted us a total of $270 for an extended warranty for only two years at time of purchase. Do not buy beat up, dented or scratched appliances that are sure to fail within two years. Be wise and shoo away from this shady LG appliance dealer. Use common sense. An average latest model, brand new stove in factory packaging in Costco goes from $799~$1100 whereas a beat-up, dented and scratched, customer-returned, lemon item that will fail within one to two years in New Country Appliances will cost a minimum $999+taxes up to $1700+taxes. The sales staff there will try to convince you about how great the LG brand is and will also mention that LG is pricier than other brands but the decision is yours. Most appliances nowadays are made in China and although LG is a Korean company their manufacturing units are in China to cut costs. Try and buy items made in Malaysia and Mexico.

Ordered washer and dryer over the phone. Price is right. Service is good. Very straight forward and delivery on time. Rupinder is a good salesman and Will do business with them again.

Look for Rupindeer if you need a fridge. He has over a decade of experience and is very friendly. He was very patient with our family and ensured we got a fridge with no dents. Unfortunately, the fridge got dented during delivery, but Rupindeer is very responsive and is helping us get that resolved!

We are currently doing a home renovation and required a complete appliance package. We dealt with Rupinder and he was excellent! We purchased a complete set of LG appliances including washer/dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave/fan. Many of their appliances have minor scratches/dents or they are priced accordingly. Their repair technician was also very helpful in helping identify our LG dishwasher hose needed to be changed out for a different hose appropriate for the garburator. They were accommodating with scheduled pickup/delivery.

BUYER BEWARE....Don't buy from here they are like typical salesperson show you something else and when deliver totally different. I bought multiple appliances from here cause someone recommended me. I paid for brand new GAS range and when delivery came it was open box and had some scratches at back and sides immediately called store and person told to call me back but Noone called back so I went at store and they said we will send brandnew again. Any how delivery came and serial number was different than what written on invoice. AND it smells since we put on. So had to call manufacturer as these guys have no return policy. No customer service after they got money in. I would not suggest to-go there and get hassle to save some money..
Even my washer dryer they show something else and send me whole dented in sides.. had to get that changed as well total wasted my time and when I was paying for this..
