I’m so happy with the customer service provided to me! I had to buy 5 outfits for a wedding I had to attend last minute and Natasha and her husband went above and beyond to get me my custom pieces. She also ensured I had my alterations done well before the wedding. Her dedication to making her customers happy amazes me. Despite being a small business, Natasha has BEAUTIFUL pieces for great prices. I 100% recommend coming here.

Great customer service and selection in clothes and accessories. Whether it's churri, jewellery sets, or gajra/hair accessories, definitely the place to go and at very reasonable prices! They even help with fitting and alternations. Will definitely be going back again ?

If you think these people care about their customers and the promises they make to them, think again. I got a lehnga made from these people which was made too loose and too long for me. Later they did minor adjustments which were not enough for me but the event i needed it was coming up so the lady told me to wear it how it is and that if its still bothersome then she could alter it properly for me which would take some time. After the event(where i cud not dance because of how long the lehnga was on me) i got sick with a major illness and then covid restrictions came so i couldnt go back to her. Thinking how its been a long time i called to confirm with her that she could alter the lehnga for me still. She said she will so i drove for over 40 min to get to her only for her to tell me that she has altered that lehnga 3 times already and wont do it unless i pay for it and that she never said she will get it fixed. She was unbelievably rude and was unwilling to listen to what I had to say. Needless to say that i would never shop at this place again. If i cud give them 0 stars I would for not only ruining my outfit but also for tricking me into buying a lehnga that doesnt even fit me.

The day I went i had met the owners of the store and they are very nice people and they try to help you as best as they can weather it a style or the price. I really recommed to check out this store and see the variety they have in indian clothing. If you cant find what you like show them a picture of what you are looking for and they could possibly order something simlar for you.
