First time at Napa as normally don't shop here but Canadian Tire didn't have the parts I needed and referred me here.
I will say that Gagandeep's service was fantastic!! I saved way more here then I would have at Canadian Tire and he came out to my car to make sure I was getting everything that I needed. He took the time to figure exactly what I needed and was super honest and upfront about everything. Definitely will come back here.

Came by today to pickup some Zerex G48 Coolant for my BMW. Was helped by Aaron, who was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his willingness to check stock and explain the options for my vehicle. Great guy, who makes this store a good place to go to, for parts and fluids.

I went here looking for an electrical part I couldn't find anywhere else. Gagandeep Virk a parts specialist here matched a part in no time I was on my way in 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable and quick service, other stores couldn't help me.

Although I didn't need auto parts today I needed to get rid of some used parts, so I went to lordco auto parts the guy at the counter told me to just dump them in the garbage!! Then I went to Napa auto parts Aaron was at the counter, he said just bring it inside and we will get rid of them for you, he even went to the back of the store to fetch a cart for me.Aaron is the nicest guy you will find thank you Aaron you are the best!
