Huge shop (at their Richmond branch) lots of mechanics, and most importantly honest work. Always explain to me what work my car needs and show me even the old/damaged parts after the job. They've even debunked alleged repairs other shops said I needed. Fair pricing! I've tried other shops but I always end up coming back cause of their honest work and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

I took my car there for repair. When I got there the lady at the office kept ignoring me and helping other customers that came after me speaking in a different language that I believe was mandarin. I ended up talking to one of the mechanics in the garage to be able to leave the car and arrange the repair. When I picked up the car the light came back on after few days and talking to another mechanic he said they didn't do any repair on the car but charged me for it!
