“I went in to Costco to buy a mat and happened to walk pass their kiosk and I just happened to meet Rahul and I just casually asked him a question about was there any special deal for Fido customers as I had received a text recently about a promo for an IPhone 14plus.Rahul took the time to ask pertinent questions and we struck up a friendly conversation. I have dealt with people from all walks of life over the last 30years or so being in the banking industry and I will say Rahul is one of those few people who has an extra ‘spark’ of genuineness and compassion and kindness! I felt absolutely no pressure as he gave me the various options and educated me about my choices etc and I did not feel a single moment pressured in any way.I walked away from the Store with a new IPhone 15 Plus and kept my existing plan and a fair price for the iPhone; especially because I don’t have to return the phone after 2 years ie buy out.My hope is that he is considered as a valued employee and acknowledge that he provides excellent customer service & professionalism; by being genuine and sincere which I am sure wins people’s trust and leads to reviews such as this!If I had my own wireless store - I would definitely appoint Rahul as a manager; because I would know all my customers are in great hands and they will pay it forward by referring other people to the store to see Rahul!Please do not hesitate to ask for him. “Great service from Lam!! Informative, smart, and knows how to make you feel special. I signed 3 phone lines and had billing inquiry the following day. Since the store was busy i was in line.. i saw Lam assisting other customers.. i was queued to another agent, but my question was so quick that i don’t think Lam noticed i was assisted already. In his mind, i left due to the volume of people. Well, just before I left the mall, i received a call from Lam asking if he can assist me since he noticed i left the store. “I needed a new battery for my Apple 11, the process took time, involved a few staff members. I couldn’t remember my password took a hour to reset, when they put in a new battery it goes to a technician who does a full assessment on the phone, that takes two hours. So I was back n forth met with several staff members. Every single one was kind, attentive, went above and beyond to help me. Thank you good service is sometimes hard to receive this store employees are well trained and well mannered. ❤️?❤️”
