Update! I had to replace my alternator after visiting this crook. 1300 bucks later. My car has 59 kilometers. Avoid at all costs!!
I am still not sure what to think about this place. I read all the good reviews as well and went to get an oil change. Long story short he said that my battery died during the oil change. This seemed very strange. So he said my battery is weak and to keep an eye on it. But the first time I've ever had car trouble with my car was 3 days later. After work my car would not start. Had to join BCAA in a rush so costed an extra 75 and when they came he said the battery was loose. My question is what kind of place doesn't check that and lets you drive off especially when telling me the battery is weak. I feel like they knocked something and caused me to have this issue.

Ali is great. He helped me inspect the big oil leak under the car and told me it not worth to fix since it will be a big job. Instead he told me to buy the engine oil stop leak product to slow down the leak. 100% recommand this shop.

I recently visited Ali's shop for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed! Ali, the owner, has been operating this place for over 30 years and has built a solid reputation for honesty and reliability. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected, which is something I haven't always experienced at other shops, especially as a woman. The team was friendly and professional, and they didn't overcharge me or try to upsell unnecessary services. When I was 16 my truck died and I randomly got towed to mastercare and have taken my trucks to Ilham ever since. As a young woman it’s intimidating to go into a shop with minimal knowledge about your vehicle and praying someone doesn’t take advantage and rack up the bill. Ilham always makes sure to take the time to explain any issue regarding my car to me, showing me parts that are needed to be replaced and never every charged me anymore than what I owe and what is discussed. He is the most kind compassionate human and will always do what’s in your best interest. I LOVE YOU ILHAM <3
