One summer day we were riding our bikes around Cloverdale and came across this store. So happy we found this store. Deborah and the owner Derek are fantastic and the store has beautiful things for every area of your house.We purchased an electric La-Z-Boy recliner, and the whole experience was fantastic.We will definitely be back to purchase another one.These people really care and treat their customers with respect and appreciation. From my first visit into Mason’s, I was impressed with the knowledge of the industry that Derek Mason has! His father would be very proud that he is carrying on the Business that was started 50 years ago. None of my questions was too silly and I felt that the “respect of customers” is the foremost quality that Derek exhibits. It was a huge purchase that I was embarking on…and Derek respected the hesitation that I was feeling and never once did he pressure me to proceed with a purchase. He was exceptionally patient as I took my time choosing the right fabric and the exact colour that I wanted my Sofa to be. I was given a quote on the price and the date that I could expect my sofa’s construction to be completed and delivered to my home. My BEAUTIFUL Sofa arrived exactly when I was told it would. The deliver was top notch as the couch and recliner were put together in my home by the deliver people..with utmost respect and care. I highly recommend that anyone who has not yet visited Mason’s to do so. I guarantee that you will be impressed.

Excellent and personalized customer service. My purchase was at the height of Christmas season too when many retailers are exhausted and burnt out. It was also in regards to an inexpensive item so likely little revenue for the business but Mason's went above and beyond to get it to me in Ontario after I was unable to purchase it locally. I really try to support local, small businesses but when I can't get what I need locally, I try Canadian online small businesses next. This experience reminded me why I make the effort to support small businesses and not order from amazon. Derek was friendly and professional to deal with. I will be a repeat customer.

Interesting selection of good quality furniture. I purchased two Canadian made solid wood pieces that will last a long time compared to most modern furniture today. Nice to deal with a family business instead of a big box store
