We were Parents of the Groom at my Daughter's-by Marriage and Son's Gujarati wedding. Kiran was most gracious in helping us find our clothes for each event. All of my gowns and my husband's attire were given high praise by the Bride's family, and mine as well!The gifts we chose were appreciated, too.I'm so glad we shopped at Lovely Bridal!

We highly, highly recommend Lovely Bridal for your wedding needs. They have great looking pieces and above-and-beyond service. Big shout out to Kiran auntie.My fiancee got a wedding lehenga and 2 other wedding related lehengas. We visited other places inside and outside of Payal Business center and Lovely Bridal had the best looking lehengas.My fiancee is indecisive and not a partically easy person to shop for. Kiran auntie patiently walked us through all sorts of options for more than 2 hours across 2 visits and gave her own personal opinions. My fiancee even left and then came back again to try on a dress due to indecision, and they were very understanding. We were so happy with the wedding lehenga we ended up getting the mehendi and reception lehengas as well. Kiran auntie was even willing to cut us off fabric from the dresses so I could change the color of a sherwani I ordered earlier in the day.After purchasing, we were given a date for pickup that was accurate. When we walked in, the staff all remembered my fiancee's name. We needed some final adjustments, which was expected, and they were able to make them on the same day, accommodating for the fact that we were coming from the US. This gave us the peace of mind needed for a generally stressful process. If I had not already purchased a sherwani, I would have also gotten it from Lovely Bridal.Price was pretty opaque compared to other places, but they ended up fairly middle-of-the-road in terms of pricing. Other things to note: like many other places, they don't allow photography until after purchase and you'll probably need a fitting appointment.

I had an amazing experience shopping for lehengas with Kiran. She was very kind and patient with my questions, and suggested many options that were appropriate for the occasion, my budget, and my skin tone. Kiran also assured me that their tailors would be able to adjust the lehengas to fit my body in a flattering and comfortable way. I will update my review to assess the final result once my lehengas are back from the tailor. Thank you for all of your help Kiran!

Lovely bridal is owned by the same people as Surrey bridal. I had a better experience at Surrey bridal because there they didn’t judge me for my size and allowed me to try on their lenghas. Here the lady told me these lenghas cannot be tried on if they think you won’t fit in it and damage the lengha by trying it on. So when I went to Surrey Bridal we told them about the lenghas we loved there and they actually had their staff bring it over to their store and the owner let me try it on and was like you can always try on our outfits. But they do have a beautiful selection at both stores.

Bought an overpriced lengha from here...and so did my family. Went to other stores to see the same outfit for 50% cheaper. This is very unfortunate. I don't like leaving bad reviews but having an outfit marked up extremely overpriced to an uninformed customer is unethical.

0 review, bought a $2000 bridal lehnga from them, gave the blouse for fittings with $500 deposit. They messed up the blouse by adding new fabric into the arms. It looks terrible and could rip anytime, so I refused to take it. Then, Kiran aunty couldn't handle it and called another lady from Sunny Bridal store to mistreat and disrespect us. The french beard guy, lady kiran and tall lady crossed the limits of misbehave and refused to refund my $500. I handover the dupatta and asked them to keep my money - as making money by fraud and misbehaving with customers would not stay and will be spent/lost in some way.

Decent selection and friendly service, but the alterations to shorten the sleeves on a sherwani a half inch look like they were done by a child. The "tailor" literally folded the sleeve in and put and a couple dozen stitches. the result is lumpy and thick and absolutely amateurish. They took my money first and now I'm out of luck. Go elsewhere or inspect work before paying.

I would highly recommend this business for wedding shopping! Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful! i purchased a bridal lengha and grooms sherwani that are great and received in a very timely manner!

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you want quality and good customer service and want what you paid for. They change the prices which is ridiculous. The gown I purchased had 2,500 on the tag. When we asked the price they said 1500 and then they went down to 1,100. That is crazy. This means they already overprice the clothes and are ripping people off. The gown was supposed to be altered to my height which they promised and garunteed they would do. Guess what? They didn’t. The gown was several inches too long long when I got it and looked like it hand not been touched. No one here is willing to alter the dress so basically 1,100 dollars down the drain. I will never be able to wear that dress. They had no idea what they were doing when it came to shipping our package and we didn’t receive it until almost 3 months from the date it was shipped. We ordered from other businesses in surrey and they were the only ones who had this issue. So if you’re from the U.S, just don’t do it. Bunty was rude after that and did not acknowledge that they did not alter the dress etc.
