Don't waste your time at this location for apple related products repair. London drug charges for services that are free at the apple store. Waited a few days for a iPhone battery replacement and turned out they didn't have the part in stock with 1 week lead time.

Shout out to Kathy at customer service who went above and beyond to get me the dry duffel bag that was on sale for super cheap AND before my trip too. Haven't encountered this level of service in a very long time. You are very much appreciated!

They have a cool staff here. One guy from the tech department named Ace, in particular, is just a master of service and knowledge relating to basically everything. Thoroughly enjoyed talking with him for about 10 times longer than planned lol

I went to pay for my items (including cosmetics) to the cosmetics department. The salesperson working in cosmetics (Jen), was just standing around doing nothing. She informed me that she was “too busy” to help me, that she had “lots to do” and that she was finished her shift in an hour. She told me to go to the front “and someone there will help you”. Great customer service Jen! Where does London Drugs find these useless employees? Won’t be returning to this store again.

London drugs is an absolute joke. I dropped off reels to be developed last week Thursday; I even told the rep that it was a rush. I needed them by the weekend. I was told that they’d be done by Sunday for sure. Sunday comes and I call, they say Wednesday. I’ve been very patient as I know sometimes delays happen. Wednesday they say Thursday (today). At this point I have a tracking number and it says delivered, but now it’s delivered at the Guildford location. So, I call and come to find out they have to be sent back to Cloverdale.
At this point I’m very frustrated as no one has actually been helpful. I understand that there are processes but I don’t understand why these processes were not disclosed when I dropped it off initially and emphasized the rush. Each person I have spoken to over the phone has evaded any sense of responsibility and has tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible. Having paid $85 for this service and it not being completed 4 days after I was told is crazy.
I even offered to pick up the reels myself and take them to Cloverdale. What’s even more baffling is that I really just need the digital prints which no one seems to have even though the reels have been all over Surrey and Langley at this point. Horrible customer service. Again, I understand there are processes but when they are not disclosed with transparency is incredibly frustrating.

Due to a cyber attack, this branch was closed. But they have reopened and fully functional. It is one of my go to places to buy my toiletries. They have a Canada post inside. I also used their passport photo services couple of times. They were pretty quick and I got my pictures in few minutes.
Do check their promotional items as sometimes they offer some great items at a cheaper price.
Updating the review as I was informed that this branch is fully open and everyone is welcomed there. Five star for their service and quick response.
FYi, there are plenty of parking in front of the store and it is also easily accessible by bus 364 and 395.

Selling Kind bars from August 30 2023 and December 20 2023, how is this ok ? What is the stores reasoning for this ? One bite of the Kind bar and it was extremely disgusting and tasted like saw dust. Checked the boxes and was extremely in shock looking at the dates.
I added the receipt showing the date April 3 2024, the purchase of the Kind bars and showing the BB date of 2023 on the boxes.
I will also be emailing London Drugs directly to let them know your store sells products from a year ago. Your customers can get sick.
I hope people read my review and check the dates of all products or shop elsewhere.

I’ve been a client here since my move to BC in 2022 and I must say how much I have appreciated their quality and level of service and professionalism. I have been served on several occasions by both Denise and Ryan and they have both been so sweet and accommodating.
I come back to this location because I love the atmosphere.
Your company is fortunate to have found such wonderful staff.

Very accommodating photo staff. Fixed my photos due to an error with cropping. It was not my fault but they went above and beyond to manually fix the issue since the computer automatically crops small parts of the picture. The only annoying part was that I had to drive there 3 seperate times because I didn't take a look at the pics Till i got home the first time..But i was helped by a man who took his time and fixed the problem. The second time the staff that was helping me was unable to fix the issue due to lack of experience. So I had to come back in following day and had a more experienced staff member fix the issue next day. Other then inconvenience of driving there multiple times. They were helpful.

I am constantly followed by staff when shopping at this location. I understand loss prevention as I work in retail myself, but it feels really bad to know you are being followed and watched because people are assuming you are a shoplifter. The last time I was in, my boyfriend and I paid for our cart of items at the self checkout and a woman stood beside us glaring at everything in our cart and made sure we scanned every single item and then would question us about whether or not we scanned a particular item. As I am in retail myself, I know to not treat people this way if I don’t have any proof that a person has or has tried to conceal items.
I would love to know what Brandt Louie would think of his family members being treated this way.

Very disappointing experience a veryrude lady in the beauty department publicly embarrassed me and my friends in front of many other customers. We were standing around browsing the makeup area and quietly talking when she rudely yelled at us. We will not be returning:(

Terrible experience. Very rude big lady in the beauty department who decided to publicly embarrass my friends and I for speaking quietly. I am very hurt by this encounter as she was very loud and told everyone in the store basically. NEVER returning.
