I had a terrible experience with this brand. I bought a cardigan that didn’t fit me, so I went to return it. Unfortunately, the saleswoman was very rude and uncooperative. They refused to process the return because it had been over a month, even though I explained that I was out of town during this time.
I even requested a gift card in exchange, as the cardigan is of no use to me, but they refused to listen or offer any solution. It feels like a complete waste of money. I expected better customer service and understanding from such a reputed brand. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I’m unlikely to shop here again.

rudy the owner is very rude also their clothing is coming from china they say its designed in vancouver but i dont even believe that. they smell like chemicals

This store had a beautiful and inviting environment. The sales associate working at the time was quick to acknowledge and offer assistance. The same associate offered to find me some suggestions while I was trying a few pieces on and thoroughly helped me with product and sizes from start to finish during my visit. Lovely quality clothing and equally lovely staff, highly recommended
