I had a horrible experience in this store. The girls are rude. They don't even wait for you to walk in before yelling from a distance about what you're looking for. I was caught so off guard. I didn't know I had to go to a store to look for something. This store is more closed then open. The Google hours don't align with store hours. It's rare that I'll leave a comment but boy do these girls need to get proper training in how they speak to customer. You can walk up to someone and ask if they need help in finding something. It's unprofessional to not even allow someone to fully walk in before yelling from behind the cash register what someone needs. I didn't stay long at all. I looked at really nothing on the front rack before exiting from getting starred at uncomfortably. ? so strange.

First of all, I'd like to mention how this store is always CLOSED (during business hours). Makes no sense. The one time I went and it was open (FINALLY) I had an awful experience. I barley walked in the store like literally just opened the door to walk in and I heard "HI, what are you looking for?" I don't know ladies can I not just walk in fully first and then second browse. Do I necessarily need to be looking for something specific. I just found it to be rude. Unwelcoming really. How about start with "hey, how are you doing? Are you looking for anything specific that I could help you with?" Like if you really want to help how about you approach someone like that and allow them to atleast walk in before shouting from across the store. I felt super uncomfortable and I literally didn't even want to look around at that point because I was just being starred at oddly. Maybe it's a good thing this place is always CLOSED.
